Very friendly and helpful. When we realized that our SUV wasn't equiped with a hitch lighting, they quickly refunded our money and got us a small van to use which worked out perfectly.

Do not rent their spaces. Our boxes have cockroaches in them!!! I found 3 in my brand new house so far after we brought the boxes in to start putting stuff away. The biggest one ran up and out of one of the boxes and jumped into another box. We took all the boxes outside so we will not get an infestation but we found more. I went out back yesterday to clean out more boxes and a baby cockroach was outside the boxes. My mother got up this morning and another one has gotten into our house. This is completely unacceptable when you’re paying 300 a month for a shed!!! We have had our things in different storages for years and this is the first place we have EVER brought cockroaches home in the boxes!!! I’m pretty sure they are supposed to be spraying for them so it’s apparent they are not!!!!

Upon renting a uhaul i agreed to either return the truck with the same amount of fuel or pay extra which I was ok with because I rented it with a half tank and returned it with just less than half. We'll the rude person at the counter wanted to charge me 124 dollars for a few gallons of gas. Why does everything have to be a scam to take people's money.

Danielle was awesome on pickup. They were SO slammed but by the time I arrived she had everything ready to rock and even greeted me by name as I arrived on the lot.

This place is the worst U-Haul company in the world ,I wouldn't rent a thing from them even if my life depanded on it !!worst service, manager says shethe the owner, the worst place no good stay away!
