While I love ulta, it seems the people that helped me shade match not only didnt care they pushed HARD for Morphe products. The foundation i got was too runny, no where close to my shade and they judged so hard on the skincare brand Tula that I use they suggested Clinique. Which by the way STILL TESTS ON ANIMALS. Maybe get educated a little before judging and suggesting bad brands because the Rep for the brand needs to meet a quota.

Charlie was very behind and unprofessional talking walking around with other employee. Had a makeup appointment at 12:30 didn’t begin to put makeup on me till 1:30 I then told her I had to leave by at least 2:15 for a wedding. I didn’t get to leave on time the makeup was not what I asked for eyebrows were very heavy 2016 style when I asked for them to be lightly shaded and she put a lip on without asking me completely different from the look I showed her. she used a brown lip liner with a pink/purple matte lipstick. Experience was not good!

I always have a great experience at Ulta! The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. During my recent visit, Natalie assisted me at checkout when I was having trouble loading a coupon due to poor internet connection. I even stepped outside to try and get better service, but it still wouldn’t load. Natalie was incredibly patient and attentive throughout the process. Thank you, Natalie!

Ulta has many high and low end makeup, skincare, and haircare items. It's a great place to go on any budget. It's clean and the sample makeup items are never smeared all over the place like how sephora usually is. I so far haven't seen any little kids alone messing with stuff like sephora either. The only thing I don't like is the employees interact with you a lot and try to make eye contact every time they pass you. Sometimes I don't want the attention and other times It's kinda nice not having to look for a product because they immediately ask to help you find something. If you have severe social anxiety this may not be the best experience for you

I was looking for a specific foundation but I couldn’t find it luckily somebody from the store helped me find something similar and Im so happy with my purchase. The cashier Maritza was amazing very professional and kind perfect costumer service skills.

This store allows fraudulent activity to be committed on rewards accounts. They allowed someone across the country to redeem my points and change my personal information. The cashier made this change.

I went in today and was having some trouble finding products until Miriam I believe had came to save me! She helped me through with picking out my cleanser & with a bronzer! she even applied it so I knew how to use it. I had an amazing experience, she was so sweet.

I am old and I need help almost every place I go to shop. The people who work there are very, very helpful in a lot of ways. This made my experience a lot easier. Everyone was truly helpful and I left there very satisfied indeed.

Ulta Beauty has been my go-to destination for all things hair, makeup, and skincare. The welcoming atmosphere at this particular branch is what keeps me coming back - along with their incredible products that deliver impressive results without putting a dent in my wallet! Manager Nancy runs a tight ship; ensuring each customer leaves feeling satisfied while talented stylists like Yovana apply expert techniques when cutting or styling hair. Today was no exception as I had another fantastic experience regarding my specialty bang cut request., which made it possible to have the best one stop shop experience.

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT go to NANCY V. For hair services! She is supposed to be promoted to "master" stylist and is clearly lying about her work. My hair was virgin hair before she had highlighted my hair. No chemicals, nothing ever done besides me trimming my own bangs. I have thick wavy Latina hair that is naturally black/brown. She talked so much about being cheating on to even triggering topics of SA etc., took so long, burnt my sides off, dyed my hair patchy and uneven and had the audacity to lie and say my hair must have been dyed or had some "chemicals" on it before she ruined my hair. I had not washed my hair for 2-3 days before my appointment as well, I do not put any chemicals of any kind on my hair. Money down the drain and I am still disputing the charge. Avoid NANCY V. At all costs!
