called twice, got hung up on the first time while being on hold for 6 minutes then the second time i got put on hold again for 10 minutes and nobody got back with me.

Ok, I had so many errands to run on the day I dropped off a birthday package for my cousin. So frustrated with all the things I had to do on my list, I forgot to bring my wallet. The young man behind the counter said: No problem we can use your banking card on your phone. When that work, he suggested that I leave the package there go home and call him with the card information. I did and he told me that my cousin’s birthday package would arrive on Tuesday but it arrived a day early. I was pleased with the customer service and my cousin was thrilled and surprised. Amazing customer service. I love this store.
