I had one of my best banking experiences here. Although I was a bit hesitant after reading some reviews, I decided to give it a try — and I’m so glad I did! Beatrice was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, knowledgeable, and walked me through every step of opening a new bank account, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thank you!

My experience there with the Keller and the whole atmosphere was horrible.The teller was unexperienced.Not very engaging wasn't paying attention and did not give me my proper withdrawal.I have to come back to receive the received.The received the received, the received, the received, the received, the received, the received, the received, the received, the received, the received, the received, the received, the received, the received, the received, the received.The received the receive the rest of my withdrawal that I asked from her. She shortened me four hundred dollars out of the nine eighty-five. that I asked for. I would not recommend nobody to go to Katlie (teller)again.
She needs to be fired!!! She is a theft!!! She knew what she was doing. That's the oldest scam out there. I read about that kind of scam in the 90's

Been banking with US for over 20 years and the Modesto- Tully Branch is the worst branch I’ve ever visited in any state I’ve been in. I am thoroughly convinced it’s a starting point for new tellers/bankers. They are all very nice, however, anything just a little more advanced beyond cashing a straightforward check or making a simple deposit throws them into a state of confusion. I’ve literally left the Tully branch twice now, after some asinine reasoning of why they couldn’t do something, and driven directly to one of the downtown branches to complete what I set out to do. Henceforth, I will not be returning to the Modesto-Tully Branch to conduct my banking business. ?

Really disappointed with service today Christine was lil rude when she "helped me" I was trying to cash my US bank check gave her my ID then asked me all this unnecessary questions about me and my work....then she said that the system didn't let her cash the check and I needed to make a phone call to the company that gave me that checkSo I called the company right awayThey said everything was OK shouldn't be any problems cashing it! anyway Christine just wanted to act lil weird today end up going to another location where I was helped with no problems and a big smile!Why do you work there if you don't even help people! SMH! SHAME ON YOU CHRISTINE!!!

If you need help with anything go to Kaile Whiteplume! She is sooo nice and professional, give this woman a raise. I wish I could get her everytime I come here. 10/10 for her customer service

Hands down the best branch I have been to! I refuse to go to anywhere else! Sarah and Jean are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are very attentive and always remember my name. I've had issues with my account in the past and both of them have helped resolve them. I know I can trust them and hope they never leave because I would truly be lost! It's hard to find tellers that go the extra mile and for that reason I'm grateful for all their help and kindness! Outstanding customer service from Jean and Sarah! Love those girls!

I live in Tracy, but use this specific location when I'm working at my Modesto location and the service here has been immaculate! They know me by name, they are always smiling and willing to help. This is by far the best experience I have had at any banking institution.

Have never had a problem before with this branch or US Bank until today. I tried to get information about my daughter getting a account and was greeted by a rude person named Jean. She just seemed put off about having to answer my questions about account options for my daughter who is 17 and turning 18 and is a student. I asked if there is a student account available and she rudely answered"She has to be 18" and then said nothing. I said "she will be 18 tomorrow". I just wanted information on what types of accounts were available. She was completely rude and annoyed that I had questions. I will visit the branch on Mc Henry tomorrow and see if I fare any better. I have been with us bank for over 20 years and this is my first unpleasant experience. Jean may have been having a bad day or a bad week or whatever...... still no reason to be rude to a current client and a prospective new client

I love US bank dont get me wrong but this particular branches atm seems to always be broken. Going inside is great and the people are friendly but if you need to access your money after hours forget it.

I was so upset with the condescending attitude and unprofessionalism of the Asst Mgr Sarah Gatton, I lost my cool. I'm sure she and her girl posse are clueless. Help! Is this really the dumbing down of America? Yes, it is. Hold onto your hats.

I went to U.S. Bank to pay for a safety deposit box yearly fee. It was pretty inconvenient because I don't have an account with them and couldn't have them take the payment from that account. They said they couldn't process it over the phone or online and I would have to go into the branch. I did not take my bill with me and the teller that "helped " me seemed less than thrilled about it. How was I supposed to know that they can't access my fee?! The entire transaction took about 15 minutes and someone else helped her find the fee amount, once I was done I thought that I'm glad I only have to do that once a year! Today I get a fee from my bank for a non Chase ATM fee. U.S. Bank needs to get with the times and technology, also, some more pleasant customer service couldn't hurt.
