1258294 made a grave driving error. Please check picture and tell me that a u turn is allowed. I pointed to the sign and associate continued to next delivery. Im sorry but this is not okay. Unfortunately i cant find a discreet way to notify you minus riding the bus there in this awful heat. Date is august 16th and this happened about 230 pm

I don’t understand why packages arrive at your station and rather than being delivered they’re sent to a different town. Then that post office sends them back to Sacramento to start the process all over again. Is it really that difficult? This has happened multiple times. A little more attention to detail would be much appreciated!

Made an appointment about a month ahead for a first time passport. I have all the proper documents all ready to go but thats irrelevant to this complaint..
I arrived at 3:50pm for my 4pm appointment.
Doors locked.
Sign says they close at 4:30.
I was 10 minutes early to my appointment.
4 other people waiting outside said the same thing, including 1 who was already waiting when I arrrived. Some real BS.
I’ve only been by here once before for their advertised “walk-ins” but the cluster fkk of people was lined up farther than I was willing to stand, before the doors even opened for the day. That’s why I made an appointment, a month in advance, which I was early for.

The mailman service is too bad. I've ordered things online several times and they get them lost. They say they leave them at the door or in the garage, but in reality they don't leave anything. Maybe they leave them at other addresses like mine, and that's not fair because if people order something, they should make sure it's the correct address where they're going to leave it and read the street name, not just the house number.

Had an interaction with Eric the supervisor at the post office. A line formed in the passport office. I see him sitting down at a desk I attempt to get his attention and succeeded he looked at me for a solid 5 seconds without saying a word as I continued to say excuse me.
The line formed and only got help cause I got on their phone and used the intercom that someone was needed at the desk.
Surprisingly Eric the super visor still didn't get up. Not even to tell me I can't do that. The level of IDGAF from this guy was something that needs to be studied. Everyone else was great and a pleasure. But Eric was horrible.
I am not agreeing fan of Doge letting go so many Park Rangers but Eric keeps his job?

I hope President Trump look these kind of employeesand fired them they are the laziest and worse employees in USPS
They do not care about the customer they just care about their break time and their clock out time

Certain worker who is extremely lazy that works in the passport office. Third time trying to get in there. First is they're short-staffed when there were no other customers in there an she def could've taken us when we showed we had all of our paperwork. Second, it is closed on a Friday. Third, she only takes 8 people in line and that's it. This passport office needs to do better with EVERYTHING. Super limited on where you can go to do your passport and they are NO HELP. Do better, please.

Have scheduled appointments two times for Passport service and both times after taking time off work and taking the kids out of school showed up to the office and no one was there. These people never show up to work.
