I love going to this post office. I know they never have pens, so bring yours and it may be full. But Laday and Sunil and some others are so sweet and I feel so happy on coming here and working with them for my mail.

I have had multiple packages in the last year that have either not been delivered, or left on the street outside my gate because my driver does not want to drive down my driveway. Most recently i was left a redelivery slip which i couldn't schedule to be redelivered because the article number on the slip wouldn't work and i wasn't left a tracking number. When i called to have it redelivered, i was told it would be redelivered on the following Saturday. Waited around all day with my gate open and USPS did not come by at all. Called today and low and behold it is still at the post office awaiting pickup and was not placed on the truck by my carrier. Tired of the disregard and workaround from this location

Apparently there was a letter for me that I needed to sign for, but instead of bringing it to my door they left me a notice in my mail box instead. Seeing as my usual mail is junk mail I don't often check the mailbox at my apartment so I missed the notice they left. Now apparently I can't reschedule for redelivery, and I missed some important mail because their mailman is far too lazy to take a letter that needs a signature to a person's door. Lazy!

They are slow in mails , have them own rules when to pickup your package and they lose your mail to other mailboxes .

Priority mail, signature required... postman didn't even wait 10 seconds for someone to come to the door and didn't leave an attempt to deliver note. Wonderful service.

As if it wasn't blatantly obvious from other reviews, this post office fails miserably at delivering packages. They delivered my package to the wrong address and left it outside because the business they delivered it to was closed. Now they can't find it, and their only solution to them losing my package is for me to contact the seller to see about a refund for their mistake. Kevin Costner on a horse in the apocalypse could do a better job than whoever is running Hudson Station. If you can choose any other option I would suggest that.

I am at this post office lobby at least once a week for the past 2 years. I have never had a bad experience. Every single clerk does a wonder job. They know their job. They are very efficient and to the point. I appreciate since this lobby is very busy. But WOW how some of the customer's act is another story. They are not prepared and I mean they don't even have their packages or mail addressed, packed or taped. They expect the clerk to do it for them. People go through and 'size' up the sale items then leave them on the counters and floor. They start complaining before they hit the line and do it the entire time. Alot of experience is self generated. You can change the atmosphere. Appreciate this lobby. Now, the distribution centers seem to have a difficult time delivering on time. Packages seem to 'travel' a bit. Within California they do very well. Local delivery...hmm; had one issue that was quickly resolved by the supervisor. For the volume. They do pretty good.

horrible delivery service on packages! i DREAD every time my packages are delivered by USPS because i know they will not be delivered and get sent back. i’ve gone three times to this post office to pick up my non delivered packages & then i get attitude and rude employees. the carrier always seems to have an excuse to not leave my packages it almost seems personal at this point. please do better i have been patient with you guys but it’s getting out of hand.

I had maybe 20 min. to stand in line and I was at the door. There were 3 open registers which made the line move quickly. I was out in no time. So happy to leave quicker than first thought.

This post office is by far the worst one I've ever been too! Unhelpful, rude responses when you have a question. The worst attitude even as you come up to the table. I'll never use the usps. I'll take my business to the ups store

I love the self service machine for printing out postage. Im in and out within 5 minutes and don't have to talk to anyone lol
