Unfortunately I did not have a good experience car shopping here. The salesman was very rude and pushed us away. The car we wanted to check out was unfortunately not in stock- and the salesman seemed annoyed that we even asked about it. Will definitely be ordering the vehicle from the Bay Area.

Valley Lexus is a GEM that not many people know that it actually exist..... Good location...Plenty of parking... I bought a 2021 Lexus LX570, and the process went smoothly.... My sales associate Zait was very helpful and easy to work with. The sales manager, Eddie, was fair and really wanted me to close the deal. So it was bot hard to negotiate for an equilibrium price that is workable for me and the dealer. Chris at the finance department was also very easy to work with.. He explained the CPO warranty to me thoroughly.. He also helped me understand the extent warranty in terms of what it covered... I think he found me the BEST Lexus Extended Warranty in the industry... I love this Lexus Dealer... I hope they continue to put the needs of customers first before profit... I still don't understand why the dealer is called Valley Lexus instead of Lexus of Modesto.... I think it should be changed to Lexus of Modesto... It's just more geographically anchored and more memorable... Just my thought...

If you're visiting for the first time, I highly recommend you simply ask for Tim Cope right away when walking in.
Tim is a breathe of fresh air compared to most salespeople and dealership experiences. He answers with real information, not vagueness and half truths. He knows the cars, he knows the Lexus programs, and he talks to you like a real person. He's highly responsive even when you're not at the dealership.
Ask for Tim. And make the drive to Modesto, it'll be worth it just for the experience.

Not happy at all.
Bought a used car 3 weeks ago, there was some damage to vehicle and salesman stated they would fix it,and states in paperwork.
Took car back to get fixed,approx 10 days later they said it's done. I go to get it and it still looks like crap. So the service lady told me she agreed that it didn't look right,so I got a loner again and left. Sameday I get a call from my salesman "Victor" who was rude as could be and told me the job is done and I needed to pick car up the way it is or they would give my down payment back and take the car back...I will be contacting the bureau of automotive and consumers affairs office to file a case. Just because your a big car lot and I bought a $22k used vehicle doesn't mean you will get over on me. I should of went somewhere else. Beware of this place

When I purchased my Lexus I was told that the service was great. Unfortunately I am highly disappointed with the service provided by Valley Lexus in Modesto. I had an apt today at 10:45am and I had arrived a bit early. I was asked to have a seat and wait until the service advisor Jessica could check me in. At 11:20 I had not been checked in and finally decided to ask a staff member why it’s taken over 30 minutes just to check my car in. After speaking up about the wait time they checked my car in.
I am sure that it would have been an even longer wait if I did not speak up.
This is quite poor service. When you book an appointment, the company has an expectation for you to arrive on time. Why is it that the staff at Valley Lexus aren’t held to that same standard ? Why is it acceptable to take over 30 minutes to check a customer in and even longer to start working on their service ?
Super disappointed. (Jessica is great, it’s just the service that was poor)

Jorge was my sales person and he was so knowledgeable. I loved working with him he made me feel so comfortable especially being a woman who knows nothing about cars. Thank you Jorge for all your patience! It took me a little while to decide which car specifically I wanted but he walked me through all the differences!! Super attentive I would give him 50 stars if I could

Everything about the experience was outstanding! Purchased a 2022 GX460 Sport Package from them and had it transported to Texas. Mark Abdishou was very helpful and made this transaction very smooth. No haggle in pricing and their pricing was as good as you will find anywhere as I have shopped for 6 months. Financing was easy. Very grateful for Valley Lexus!

Why did I only give three stars this time? Because this time I was so disappointed. When I walked in without saying a word, she said it would cost 500 yuan. I only charged 200 yuan for an oil change because I knew that the oil change should be at a sacrmento car dealership. 89.99. When I was waiting to pick up the car, he said that it would cost more than 1,500 yuan to replace the brake blades. It scared me. I said I wouldn’t do it. Later, I went to the local Stockton to get it for only 350 yuan. I hope to do it in the future. Customers must be serious and responsible. First ask what needs to be repaired before deciding on the price. Thank you.
