Either this location doesn't believe in air fresheners, or the employees don't apply deodorant. The last few times I walked in here, the place has a heavy odor of armpits. Unbearable smell, can't even shop. Instant walk out.

I had a very pleasant experience and was greeted the moment I stepped foot in the store. I was approached by each employee that was present at least once. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy with trying to make a sale. I truly appreciate how much Grace, JT, Christian, Christina, and Erica made my first time experience so enjoyable. I will definitely be back to make more purchases. Shoes are comfortable and fit my style.

Had new employees Nathan and a girl just starting working the floor! They are awesome! They helped us with size differences and options! They were so accommodating and and we left with three pairs of comfy and classy shoes!

Walked into vans and got insulted saying I was “fat” when I have abs smh, went in there for my job interview and somehow didn’t get the job when I even offered to get him boba for free!!! Don’t know what I did wrong ??. Never going back there again unless I need new shoes or a shirt, maybe a jacket too. Overall my experience was pretty good 9/10Picture is me in vans hiding the pain from not getting the job

Went in to see some of the new stuff and collect items from the points my son had on the app and was greeted by The Manager Rousa and gave amazing customer service my son was a happy camper will be back for sure as he said he will be looking into customizing some vans ?

This was the first time I visited this location. Nathan was the sales associate that helped me and my daughters. He was very courteous and very knowable about the different styles and gave great recommendations. Nathan should teach a class on superb customer service! However, I gave 4 stars and not 5 because once I got to the register the cashier totally ruined the good customer service streak. She was very rude and impatient. I was purchasing 3 pairs of shoes at the store and had to order the 4th pair because they didn't have it in the store. Nathan told me they have a raffle or some sort of game you play for every 3 pairs of shoes you buy. When I got to the cashier and she was trying to ring up my items I was trying to tell her that I needed to order the 4th pair but she totally ignored me and kept going. I said it to her again and she said in a very rude and annoyed tone, "so you wanna pay for all 4 now or with a gift card"? Of course I didn't mention I was buying a gift for the pair that needed to be ordered. So I was confused on the gift card comment. Instead of explaining it to me she rolled her eyes and asked again. Another sales associate Erica (who was trying to order the 4th pair on her iPad) politely explained that it would have to be a separate transaction that I could either do with my credit card or purchase a gift card and use it for the transaction... Fine got it. Then when I asked this cashier about the chance to win the raffle or the game that Nathan was talking about she replied, "what raffle, what game"? I explained what Nathan had told me and she said, "which raffle we have several"? I said, "which ever one I'm qualified for"? She was saying all of this with a terrible tone and terrible attitude. The other sales associate Erica had to jump in and say, "you know the one with the scratch off if you buy 3 pairs". The cashier then said, "you have to be logged into the app". I told her I was trying to load it but it prompted me to reset my password and the WiFi was delaying the download. She replied, "Well I can't help you with that"! Usually when people are rude where I'm shopping I put everything back and cancel my purchase. I don't like patronizing places that have horrible customer service. But because Nathan was so professional and courteous I continued with my purchase. I really wish I got her name but that cashier really need retraining. It take way too much effort to be rude and way too much energy! Vans please give Nathan a freaking raise and pay him to give customer service classes!
