Gabriel and Darius made my trip to the store so easy, I had to make some adjustments to our business account and they made it effortless, and they were very kind and personable. This store is in the town next to mine, so I will be going to them from now on.

Never go to this retailer they scam people with a bunch of hidden fees like a 39.99 set up fee that was never mentioned or a 10 dollar selling fee which never in any store has charged an extra fee just to sell you something I went to return the phone and was treated poorly and rude by their employee whis obviously denied the whole scam and now I see I'm not the only person they scam and steal money from stay away from this thief's and go straight to the corporate store sadly better business bureau is unable to help because they aren't even registered with them which they should

Lilia was so helpful finding a phone that fit our needs. She pretty much became family. It was the best experience I have ever had in a verizon store.

My tech, Justin went above and beyond in helping me. He even went back to the office to get additional supplies, and came back and since I’m not technically inclined he taught me everything I need to know. I had to run out to buy a new phone that takes the “google home” app and I called him on my return home and he came and finished my set up and then he also gave me pointers on how to use my upgraded phone. I can’t say enough good about this tech, and the excellent service he went out of his way to provide! Give him a better position in your company and a raise! He deserves it! My hats off to the best customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with in my 66 years of life. Thank you Justin!

If you too have been lied to and robbed here, Call the customer service line to get a refund and make a complaint against these employees to corporate. It’s the only thing that worked for me. I gave them a chance to make it right. I spoke with the manager here about their employee Liz, he promised to call me and resolve the issue but did not. Liz promised me a $300 gift card but when I reached out to customer service they said no promotion of this kind exists in that area or for that store so they confirmed it was made up. When I came back in person to inform the manager, he denied his employee would do these things but he is teaching and allowing this unprofessional behavior. If you too have been wronged, report it to corporate to make it right and get these employees out of there! Shame on you!

Horrible customer service. The employees rather not help with anything other than selling for benefit of the sole store as they are a reseller and not a corporate location.Charging 40$ for a replacement SIM card whereas can get it for free at a corporate location.On top of everything they made changes to our account without consent which landed us occurring unknown charges and they won’t help us fix the problem, as per Verizon corporate history they say this store made the changes.
