“The person who sells the CBD is old and had chronic pain and became a CBD enthusiast. With that said, I came to him seeking a treatment for my nerve pain after a nerve repair surgery; to which he said CBD doesn’t help physical pain. To put it in his words exactly, “CBD serves to help your body work the way it SHOULD work.” I wasn’t sure what he meant by that but he said “Within a week you should feel a difference.” He was right. For those who aren’t so familiar with CBD (like I was), who are a little skeptical and thought it would alter your mind and behavior like THC does, it’s not like that at all. While it didn’t help with my pain, it relieved my anxiety. My mind is so clear now. Those small social interactions that go silent used to give me social anxiety. The mistakes and missed opportunities that I used to think about 24/7, somehow just became things of my past. I still think of them but CBD treatment has allowed me to forgive myself. CBD allows me to be more present in the moment. I promise, it’s not what you think it is (I thought it was like THC but weaker). No. Think of it as being nothing. There’s no physical side effects (aside from burping up an awful after-taste from the oil contained in the pill). I now understand what he meant by saying “it allows your body to work the way it should.” Things seem ‘normal’ again, whatever ‘normal’ even is. I don’t try to be normal, things just feel normal.I rarely, if ever, write reviews. I wanted to write this one to let people know, that although it didn’t alleviate the physical pain I was in, the mental weight I had in my head has been greatly lifted. This is coming from somebody who has been seeing a psychiatrist for 5 years who had me trying new anxiety and depression medications. They never work, CBD does; but I have to conclude: he did mention that if you don’t feel any difference within a week, then unfortunately it may never work for you. The first day I didn’t feel anything. That’s because there’s nothing to “feel.” Although I noticed some change after 1 week. I gave it another week, continuing the 30mg (1 pill in the morning, 1 at night, after at least a meal, because the pills are food supplements). After 2 weeks things started to seem okay again. I hope it does as well for those who read and have been holding off to try it. Ditch your medications(if you can) and ignore the “taboos” of CBD. I can’t stress it enough, it is nothing like weed. It truly feels like nothing at all, I wish I could explain it better. You expect it to do something to you like other medications, but CBD just makes you feel normal like you’re not even taking medication at all. No drowsiness but I’ve been able to sleep better from not staying up due to insomnia stemmed from anxiety.The shop is in a white warehouse looking building that I had a little trouble finding the entrance. If you look at the building from the front (as if you were looking from the street) the entrance door is about halfway down on the left side, however you have to pull all the way around starting from the right side, around the back of the building then the left side.I pray for those with anxiety that feel there isn’t a remedy. I hope CBD works for you. If the 2 pill, 15mg each, 30mg total per day works for you after two weeks, don’t bother going any higher. You will build a dependence on it. I stopped taking it regularly for about a week and can feel the anxiety. So stick to a low daily amount.Good luck.”
