If you ever want to be ignored standing right at the pharmacy, come here! Yeah not even acknowledging the fact there is a LONG line. They screwed up countless times & now my dad RAN out of meds because they SCREWED UP by not entering the CORRECT date the medication was picked up. My elderly mother lost the receipt for the actual date she picked up so now I have no proof. If anyone thinks about Walgreens. CHOOSE another pharmacy. If I could give a negative -5, I would.

This pharmacy is absolutely worthless. I can't even get my medications because they say they are too busy to figure out a problem im having getting it

Walgreens on paradise has some of the nicest staff. The ladies that work the registers are always so cheerful and helpful.

Love the quality and quick printing service. I just wish they would hire more mature managers and staff that understands what work actually is. The old crew that has retired/moved on was the best. These young ones have no direction.

From many prior reviews I read on Yelp and elsewhere--covering a long period of time, and including responses by Walgreen's representatives--it appears that Walgreen's management either doesn't care or is unable to bring about any change in a long pattern of poor performance by it's pharmacy employees. We were forced into converting our pharmacy service from Save Mart on Standiford to Walgreens when the Save Mart closed and moved all it's account to Walgreens. So, for several months we've been dealing with everything from rudeness to employees walking around and talking with one-another while practicing ignore the customer. In addition, though hours have gone by between the doctor's office faxing the prescription and when we have gone in to get the prescription, it has NEVER been ready; so we have been forced to wait or come back. Neither my wife of I have ever been able to reach anyone when trying to call the pharmacy; and we have both tried many times-including again today. The last TWO times we went in to pick up a prescription we were told the insurance company would not cover it; so we paid the retail cost just to get the prescription without further delay. I've heard the same thing happen to other customers while waiting at the pharmacy. When I contacted the insurance company I was told that no claim had been received from Walgreens. We've had it with the Walgreen's Pharmacy on Standiford. Just found out that CVS is on our plan too. Hopefully we will have a better experience there. We were with Save Mart Pharmacy for many years and never had an issue. Our insurance is Tricare for Life; and we've never had a claim denied. Therefore I can only believe the issue is with Walgreen's Pharmacy.Just had to add another entry: On 02/22/23 my wife went in to try picking up a prescription during the afternoon. She was told it would take hours for them to contact the insurance carrier to see if the insurer would cover the prescription. She was told that they were open until 9:00 PM. My wife went in again just before 7 PM and the pharmacy was closed with a sign saying they were sorry for the inconvenience. Hard to believe!

I would give them minus stars but not an option. These kids have absolutely zero customer service skills or smiles. They all look miserable. Fire all & start over. This store use to be the best. So sad....

One person working during flu season in the pharmacy is ridiculous. I spent 1 hour in line and another 90 mins waiting for the prescriptions to be filled as one person did the drive thru and the in store counter.

Don't waste your time! This place is so unprofessional and totally lacks sound management. I started with a call that became several to pharmacy. The pharmacy would let phone ring several times and then place me on hold. Only to be disconnected. When I actually got a tech on the phone I was told that medication would be ready in 2 hours. Waited 3 hours before walking into Walgreens. The tech at pharmacy said it would be another 30 minutes. Walking around the isles only to be told that medication was out of stock and should receive it in 3 days. The employees could care less about filling the prescription or the many errors they made. This stems from poor management and accountability. I can understand why this Walgreens was rated so low. Customer service or care about the community is not their priority.

Worst pharmacy in the state. I would give zero stars if I could. They don't want to fill your prescriptions in a timely manner. You call and are hold for 45 minutes and then it hangs up on you. They are constantly late on ordering medication so you can't pick them up on your due date. UNPROFESSIONAL.

I live nearby which is the only reason I go to this pharmacy. The last two times I have been there, I have felt judged for needing medication. The first time, the pharmacist refused to fill a prescription after I had dental surgery. I was in pain and they wouldn't even fill my ibuprofen. Ive never done a drug in my life and they made me feel like I was an addict. Today, I went there to pick up two prescriptions- 1 from a dermatologist and 1 from my regular doctor. They were the same medication just different strengths for different parts of my body. And they didn't want to give me both. The old lady with the nose was so rude, giving me attitude. Girl it's hydrocortisone cream. Its hot out here and I'm itchy af. I wont be coming back to this pharmacy again. To the pharmacist with the huge nose- you're too ugly to be that rude.

Do not use their order pickup! They are a mess when it comes to order pickups! They give you the option to allow substitute items for out of stock inventory. But instead of honoring that they just mess up the whole order you paid for. Then I end up having to cancel my order and wait 10 days for the refund! Not worth my 30 minutes I spent placing my order on their App and now waiting 10 days for my own money! Ridiculous and unnecessary. I place orders online for pickup to avoid having to be in the store at risk, since I have an infant, but this store and their pick up is just a huge waste of time and totally NOT WORTH IT.

The staff have always been helpful and friendly. The prices are decent but the picture frames I never get at a better deal when they are moving them out.
