Waiting still on the phone have called times today and no one has answered the phone I waited over 30 minutes on each attempt to reach a physical person in the Pharmacy.

I was on hold to check my prescriptions the message said 1 caller ahead I thought wow nope they just keep answering the phone and putting me on hold again over and over again I waited 45 minutes before giving up this place is crazy

Very poor customer service the lady at the front desk and Photo Booth. I am currently four months pregnant due August 7 went there to use the bathroom and they were gonna make me wait until someone can go back there to unlock it. They couldn’t even give me the code to unlock it. Nicely done Walgreens. No wonder why some of you guys are closing.

If I can give zero star, I would! They close at 12am and I went in at 9pm on a Wednesday night to use restroom. "RESTROOMS are CLOSED" lady responds as she can see I clearly am struggling to hold it (legs crossed and everything). I wish I would've just peed there on their floors, but I have a heart unlike these employees. Yall suck, shame on you.

I tried so hard to be understanding, but honestly just stay away from this Walgreens. I'm not sure if it's understaffed or what but it's not worth the hassle. Especially with the pharmacy. I spent my morning trying to call, I was waiting for someone to answer for 35min before I gave up. My medication is never ready, they always give random excuses, and they don't like if you sit and wait for them to be ready. I've tried to be understanding but I just couldnt take it anymore and switched pharmacies.
When shopping and there's a locked cabinet and you ring the bell for assistance they rarely come to your aid.
Just save yourself the anxiety and headache.

It's whatever. Most the staff sucks and don't want to be there. Homeless hangout spot. Typically not stalked well but hey it's Walgreens you go in grab something you need and get out. I will say it's convenient because the hours but yeah other than that it's a run down Walgreens not sure what people expect of it.

I had an unopened item to return since the person I bought it for no longer wanted it. The Asian lady at the counter immediately got visibly upset/annoyed. Then kept saying it had to go back on the debit card it was purchased with. After telling her about 3 or 4 times that I was giving her the card I paid with, another employee who spoke better English understood me and processed my request. She needs customer service training. Avoid. CVS is down the road.

I love these pharmacies but the service is very bad. Of all your staff. They are always in a bad mood and this particular store is very frequented by Homeless. You don't feel safe or calm. There are very good parking spaces but as I already told you, you don't feel calm in the store or leaving your car outside.

Terrible service every time I come for my medicine it takes more than 30 minutes for them to deliver it to me, they only have one person receiving and delivering it, terrible service they should change all the staff they are useless, they don't even deserve a Star

I come into this Walgreens almost every day. They now close at 12 which I understand due to theft. However. Elizabeth that you guys have working this shit at this exact moment is a disgrace and needs to be on a different shift. Not only is she rude and thinks it's ok to talk to customers like it's our fault she hates her job. She kicked me out of your store because I told her not to talk to me so disrespectful. Your shift lead looked at me like he didn't understand words. So gross. This chick sucks. I miss Rodger. Your late night crew was the best. Elizabeth, needs to stock shelves. Her outside matches the inside. Ugly. "Thank you" I wrote this in the parking lot and I never leave reviews.
