I come into this Walgreens almost every day. They now close at 12 which I understand due to theft. However. Elizabeth that you guys have working this shit at this exact moment is a disgrace and needs to be on a different shift. Not only is she rude and thinks it's ok to talk to customers like it's our fault she hates her job. She kicked me out of your store because I told her not to talk to me so disrespectful. Your shift lead looked at me like he didn't understand words. So gross. This chick sucks. I miss Rodger. Your late night crew was the best. Elizabeth, needs to stock shelves. Her outside matches the inside. Ugly. "Thank you" I wrote this in the parking lot and I never leave reviews.

I would give them zero if possible. They keep messing up my prescriptions every month, I'd have to fight to get them corrected. This last time, my doctor sent a three month prescription that they would fill one month at a time due to shortage. They wouldn't fill the third month blaming on insurance. When my insurance called them with me on the line, we waited over 20 mins being transferred to 4 different people. We asked to speak with the manager, Corinna, said there's no one else we can speak to, she's the only person who can help us, a pharmacy tech/ in charge of operations. Corinna would interrupt and speak over my insurance person every time she tried to speak, saying she's here to help the patient. I told her I am the patient, she then would speak over me. She tried to sound smart and talk down to us but didn't have any knowledge of the medication and was wrong. We ended up having to end the conversation with her because it wasn't going anywhere. She wouldn't check my prescription like we asked and just kept arguing. 5 minutes after the conversation, my insurance person receive a request from Walgreens to fill the prescription! Guess she figured out their mistake after arguing.

This place is trash. Don't come here for your prescriptions they will tell you it's in stock and ready for pickup and not have it the next day.

Horrible . Not only did I order online to make things faster, I got the message saying pictures are ready just for them not to be ready and then saying it'll be a min than being almost 30 mins horrible horrible they waited until I showed up to make pictures like an inconvenience.

Made an online appointment for a covid test. Waited in line and was completely ignored. I went up to a different window to ask where I go for my appointment. Pharmacist tells me to get back in line. Meanwhile some other woman gets in line and gets immediately helped. I get back in line to be ignored once again. So unprofessional

the pharmacy at this store has been a hot mess for the last couple of years. poor communication, emails every other day saying they are processing the rx you just picked up, meds aren't ready when they say it is. Pharmacy is closed at odd times. you have to wait forever on the phone and then you get disconnected. I have run out of my meds for days while waiting for them to renew. I have talked to managers, even corporate. Lots of excuses!!! BAD HEALTHCARE!!!! Try to fill out the online complaint form and you get the store website!! INSANE!!!!

The customer service in the pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Not only are they incredibly slow, they have been rude every time I’ve come in. I will be switching pharmacies, and I really don’t recommend coming here.

Every time I get a prescription filled here, I say never again, but here we go again. I don't get prescriptions filled very often but If you want a place that will mess it up and provide horrible service- this is the place! From the drive thru being closed for no apparent reason to filling the wrong prescription they do it all. Not to mention the long line because they have one incompetent person at the counter. Seriously, go somewhere else.

My Insurance RX is provided by Walgreens. As I have disability issues, it's helpful to use the Drive-In Window and Home Delivery.With that said, in Attempting to use the Walgreen App, for my pharmaceutical and mail request, it often doesn't coordinate that information with the Local Walgreens.Needing me to follow-up myself. Sometimes several times.I am fully aware of the demands of the pharmacy staff to coordinate the public demands that come from in-store customer, Drive up Customer, and App requests/phone. But it is up to the Corporation and Management of Walgreens to hire and train their staff to meet the growing demands of the pharmacy department.As Walgreens partners with Senior RX coverages we are an essential part of their customer base.And should not be under served or comprised.I like Walgreens. I want them to have continued Success and partnership with Seniors pharmaceutical needs.But I also want them to strive and train more for reliable and exceptional services to their customers.

Lousy service, they seem to be working, I have called 3 times with days in advance for my medication, I go to the branch and they tell me that I have to wait to see what happens with my medication because they don't know, I can't stop taking even one day this medication but apparently I will have to wait. If you can choose any other pharmacy I recommend you do so.

Terrible service Bad customer service They tell you that it will be ready in 30 minutes and it's not ready I already have 4:30 waiting for the medicine and it's for the heart The person in front of the counter is called Lupita Arrogant attitude She thinks she's the owner and she's just the Employee The worst thing about modest is this pharmacy, there is no seriousness, I have been waiting for this medicine for 3 more hours, the doctor had ordered it, he did not recommend this place, and it is literally dirty

This is the worst pharmacy chain!! I just had surgery and they said they were out of pain medication and could not transfer my prescription to another pharmacy. I have been without my medication for over a week and called today to see if they got my pain med in stock and they said that they cannot tell me that by law, like what does that mean? I need help and will be filing a formal complaint with CA Pharmacy Board of Medicine against this location!! Don't trust them to have medication or care about health and well being

Wallgreens is doing so much better, by staying open 24 hours as advertised.
