Theresa is great, give her a raise!! She went above and beyond to help track down photos I dropped off. They took an especially long time, but to no fault of Walgreens. Fuji Film took almost two months processing my specialty film. But she made sure they weren’t lost and that they didn’t forget about the photos. Thanks Theresa!!

I hardly write reviews, but In a world where so many people lack that patience, to talk or deal with people over the phone. Isaac Was so outstanding, I had to leave this review. We need more people like him. It felt like I was talking to a friend... Thanks again Isaac.

Great place to shop, but some of the employees are too rude, especially the white old lady at the register. (The one with the mask is amazing, tho). She looks like she doesn't want to be there and makes up rules about the store. Weird

This place sucks, the service the employees give is just rude. You can asked them a question and they will ignore you or say let me ask someone and leave for 1 hours. And if it's not that they will disrespect. And it seems that some of the workers there may be under the influence of alcohol or dr*gs. I don't know how they can allow this type of behavior. And I wish I was exaggerating.

I used to frequent this Walgreen's with satisfactory experiences in the past, but my latest visit was a stark departure from those days. An unexpectedly lengthy and slow-moving line met me upon arrival, testing the patience of everyone present, including myself.
Conversations among customers revealed a shared frustration over the wait times. Unfortunately, the staff seemed indifferent to our plight, perhaps a reflection of being short-staffed. There was a visible struggle to keep up with the workload, with staff members bouncing between tasks, and unfortunately, customer engagement suffered as a result.
Communication with the pharmacy staff, especially during my interaction, was less than ideal. A greeting devoid of warmth and a voice so soft it bordered on a whisper did not set the tone for a positive experience.
The pharmacy's ambiance did little to redeem the situation. With no distinct waiting area, customers were left to stand in aisles or near product displays, which did little to foster a welcoming environment or alleviate the discomfort of the long wait.
Considering my previous satisfactory visits to both Walgreen's and Rite Aid, this experience was disenchanting. It seems that both establishments may not be immune to declining service standards.
As I exited, the overwhelming sense was one of disappointment and the recognition that my choice to visit Walgreen's wasn't the best for that day. Listening to others' displeasure with longer waits only added to the sense of regret.
In conclusion, this Walgreen's might once have met the mark, but based on this visit, it appears in need of significant improvements in customer service and operating efficiency. Would I recommend a friend or family member to come here? Only if there are no other reasonable options available. Here's to hoping for improvements in the near future.

The Pharmacy does a great job. They are always polite and they try to help everyone. There drive through can take long sometimes but it’s reasonable.

Lady at the photo center is very rude. Went to pick up a poster board my daughter ordered through my account. She asked my name which I told her and she could not find it so she searched my phone number. Nothing. I tried to show her the order number I had because my daughter put the order in. She tells me the order number does nothing for her. A minute later she finds my order where she already looked and doesn't even apologize and funny enough the order number is right on the envelope she handed to me. No apology she hands it to me and tells me to be billed out up front. I understand people have bad days but this was just flat out condescending.

Almost every darn time I go to this Walgreens (Oakdale and Scenic) I have a problem! It is so frustrating. From the digital coupons that don't show up on the register, to the rude team leaders that have attitude when they come over to "help" only to reset the whole order requiring a complete start-over (even if they already rang up all my items). I'm not going to pay more for an item that is advertised on sale. Regardless if it is a digital coupon or not, the manager should honor it. They don't and give you lip about how "you need to clip it and give it time". Yeah, that didn't work for me or other customers I watched in line. So, you have lost a sale. It is ridiculous and something really needs to change. I talked with customer service and two different head managers, on separate occasions. The main manager seems nice too, when I talked with him. However, I still hate going into this Walgreens. The thing is they are close by the other businesses we patronize often. Another negative is that several times I was refused service at the front, and told that the services I needed were in photo (both had nothing to do with photo), each time I had to wait again for someone from photo to show up. Services that other Walgreens stores help with at the front counter. The only positive for me was when I filled a prescription here. They were pretty fast and super friendly.
