Lady at the photo center is very rude. Went to pick up a poster board my daughter ordered through my account. She asked my name which I told her and she could not find it so she searched my phone number. Nothing. I tried to show her the order number I had because my daughter put the order in. She tells me the order number does nothing for her. A minute later she finds my order where she already looked and doesn't even apologize and funny enough the order number is right on the envelope she handed to me. No apology she hands it to me and tells me to be billed out up front. I understand people have bad days but this was just flat out condescending.

Almost every darn time I go to this Walgreens (Oakdale and Scenic) I have a problem! It is so frustrating. From the digital coupons that don't show up on the register, to the rude team leaders that have attitude when they come over to "help" only to reset the whole order requiring a complete start-over (even if they already rang up all my items). I'm not going to pay more for an item that is advertised on sale. Regardless if it is a digital coupon or not, the manager should honor it. They don't and give you lip about how "you need to clip it and give it time". Yeah, that didn't work for me or other customers I watched in line. So, you have lost a sale. It is ridiculous and something really needs to change. I talked with customer service and two different head managers, on separate occasions. The main manager seems nice too, when I talked with him. However, I still hate going into this Walgreens. The thing is they are close by the other businesses we patronize often. Another negative is that several times I was refused service at the front, and told that the services I needed were in photo (both had nothing to do with photo), each time I had to wait again for someone from photo to show up. Services that other Walgreens stores help with at the front counter. The only positive for me was when I filled a prescription here. They were pretty fast and super friendly.

Possibly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Twice now I’ve been notified that my parents prescriptions were ready, I waited in line for 25 minutes to be told they are ready but I can’t have one of them because the pharmacist is on break. If you can’t give me the prescription then they aren’t ready, don’t notify me they are. Waste of my time and yours.

For years I have been pretty loyal to Walgreens compared to their main competitors especially CVS (knowing the piss-poor compensation and general treatment of employees there.). But the Walgreens corporation has sunk to a new low of greed with paying crapola to their pharmacy staff. So they tell me they're out of stock on a second prescription after I wait for 40 mins in their drive-thru. Actually I almost forgot the staff person told me none of my prescriptions could be filled. I had to get laser precise for her to provide rudimentary customer disservice and prior correction to one of your prescriptions was ready. They lied about not receiving the electronic order from my doctor for one of three medications. I was also told nothing would be available for 30'. Feels like I was in Russia trying to get my prescriptions. Abysmal and I recommend Good RX as while my time was being drained away that I'll never get back, adding insult to injury, their prices are higher than most other providers. Truly pathetic, seems they need to go through a BK re-org like Rite Aid. Oh one final point to make you feel like you're truly getting North Korean hospitality as the pharmacy is too inconsiderate to set up text notifications/check-in and/or old fashioned "take a number" tickets inside the store; so if you're someone that has a disability and can't stand (not that you should be made to stand regardless,) your screwed as if you sit down you'll be out of line. The whole system is designed to NOT balance rapacious profits against patient care and service.

Terrible experience here. Ordered several hundred photos through their printing service and wasn't informed all my photos would have a big white bar on them. Now I need to cut several hundred photos (and I need to cut them nicely, which is hard) AND they shoved a bunch of them into the box so now some of them are creased. Called and was told I was talking to the manager, but the manager isn't allowed to give refunds, so I need to call the store manager tomorrow.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Pink haired lady in there is very rude, and BEYOND lazy. Did not help when asked to and blamed my card for the reason their machine wasn’t working.

I want to be fair so waited twenty four hours to post this review.The management is consistently rude. No customer service. I've traded well over twenty five years at this store and paid my last visit. Totally uncomfortable shopping at this unhelpful rude atmosphere. The manager apparently has a chip on shoulder.Any coupon is now online. It's posted in tiny print. I'm willing to drive to get a better attitude. The drive through pharmacy is very good and efficient so I will continue my purchases there.

My prescription was sent to this pharmacy by accident. The pharmacy staff does not answer the phone when it rings like the hold is over someone picks up and places back on hold. Without saying anything. Go to Dale rd where the staff is curtious to at least say please hold. They are also properly staffed to serve their community unlike this location. 9am on a Saturday 11/19 did not answer their phone for 20min. The lady who answered was very condescending and rude. Dale rd Walgreens everyone is sweet and kind.

I did a door dash today and needed assistance on searching for an item requested by my customer. I asked the cashier for help and if she could send someone to help me with the greeting cards. She brushed me off to another team member who asked what I needed. When I showed her on my phone what my door dash customer was looking for, she said that all the cards they have is what they had. I told her I didn't know what it looked like and she said to me" neither do I". I couldn't believe the lack of assistance they offered. I had more help from another shopper than from store staff. Very very bad customer service.

Staff is hella rude. They follow you around every time you go in there. I have tattoos and they make me feel like I'm bein discrimination. Every Eisley I go down it's help on 4...help on 2..smh. I doordash so I go through this daily.....
