This is the worst walgreens in Stanislaus County. Do not go there. Do not take your medicine there. They don’t have the medicine at the time you need it their hours on the website says they close at 10 when they close at six they’re very rude and impatient. Do not go to this Walgreens.

Customer service is garbage, cashier would rather talk on her phone then help customers. Press the assistance button and no reaction to the store intercom message whatsoever, with 3 employees in view and 1 other customer in the store. Good thing CVS is across the street, no more of my $$ for walgreens in ceres.

Service is horrible. Cashiers have no manners absolutely horrible customer service. Safe yourself a the experience and just go across the street.

The pharmacy is complete trash. Been on the phone and both times they hang up. What’s the wait time for if all they do is hang up on you. Not to mention they’re slow aff. Way to go Walgreens you picked some winners

Unfortunately in this store if you want to buy products and USE your catalinas or your coupons you can't just accept one coupon per product THAT implies perks and catalinas if you only carry for example 2 products and you have three catalinas they don't accept them they want one catalina or coupon per product and if you want to use the 3 catalinas you have to buy 3 products and have it with the value of the catalina so that they accept it. You cannot buy anything if not Your catalinas do not accept you. And if you happen to buy a product and then decide to return it and take it with your receipt so that they can refund your money, they will not return it to you if the perks that were printed on you with your purchase are not returned, for example they printed one on me spend 40 and they will return 5 for and the Latina who IS there told me (ok if you are going to return the coupon that I gave you yes if not I can't give you your money back)?? the truth is I said like and it bothered me because I didn't I have seen that they demand those coupons from other people to return your fine, if you carry your receipt it should be the important thing because it shows that you paid for the product, well no, since he saw that I was buying more things, he took advantage of that and the truth is I only went to take it out of the trash because I couldn't spend that amount so I didn't need it so I went and picked it up and gave it to her because I had already thrown it away anyway the cashier was Hispanic with long hair Chinese and big the lady and she broke it and then she told me I agree to return my product and she gave me my money ?? I mean as if they deducted her salary because people use or not the coupons they give you when you make a purchase ?? the truth is wow, the attitude and arrogance of that lady is incredible ? I don't know if THAT is discrimination or if I asked everyone who returns a product about the coupons that are printed with their purchase, please let me know why this behavior cannot BE from these ladies. Honestly, it has never happened to me in any other Walgreens, please, if you have had this experience, let's join together and complain about it. I have seen many coupon lists and no one is treated like this and they can USE THEIR coupons and catalinas and perks and in THIS store THEY behave very badly like If you were to steal, well, they don't even treat those who steal like that. Honestly, Incredible ? I'm very upset and disappointed in the Titus of these people who work in THIS store, how is this possible or are they ideas from the Latin cashier who IS there, which by the way seems like as if they took away from your salary because the machine prints coupons and you take advantage of those specials ? I don't know but it's very bad that they behave with terrible service, the truth is, don't go to that store, avoid having bad times and report the behavior of these people, one GOES to buy not to steal, they are coupons from the store that the same store gives you and that they do not want you to use because they set THEIR own rules, I do not understand that someone can explain to me if this is normal or if they are giving a Bad service and discriminating this was in themorning shift

Iv been here too many times to count over the years. But the last 2 days . I have been here the last 2DAYS to pick up $25 dollars on Western Union. Last night the cashier has absolutely no idea what she was doing & mind you she had a long line when I walked in & had a customer there for over 15mins that ended up just leaving. THEN I wasn't able to get my Western Union. So I left . Came back AGAIN TODAY. I use the WE APP. So I don't need to use the kiosk. I had my tracking #&I. D ready. Bt since they took the cash from the register by the photos . I wasn't able to pick up the money . Even though they have helped me before and Iv been able to pick up money from the other register before WITH NO PROBLEM. Bt not tonight??? This store is a complete JOKE!!!

The staff refused a service to my son that have disabilities he is autism, he wanted to use the bathroom and the staff denied him to use it, my son pee himself because of this nasty staff behavior. Never again… I’m telling to Walgreens management to correct the behavior the person that refuses the bathroom to my son is a women I don’t know her name but she had a nasty actitud. I’m expecting a response from Walgreens…
