I visited this Walgreens location to purchase feminine hygiene products for my partner, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service I received. Jamie, the store manager, went above and beyond to ensure I selected the correct items, taking the time to double-check the details with me. Her exceptional customer service and genuine attentiveness made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciated her professionalism and care. Overall, it was a very positive experience

Went to pick up a prescription around 12:00 tonight pharmacist is very rude had a question about mixing two medications together when I told him I had a question he rolled his eyes kind of figured that's what they're there for apparently im bugging him to do his job

I like that the pharmacy is always open, but they get A LOT of traffic and could be staffed more appropriately for the flow.

The Sup/Lead is rude and can care less about customer service. There has been a huge decline in customers and the way they acted towards customers is disappointing.

They are soo rude for no reason have some grace for ur sick patients they messed up my prescription order and I had to wait 2 days with Strep Troat to have access to my medication I cried so much I can’t explain the pain and hurt I was feeling, I wouldn’t recommend you go there for ur Emergency “24hr Drive thru” ur sick 4am trust me the last thing u want to deal with is a “I don’t want to be here work associate” best to just wait for ur go to pharmacy to open and know they will have ur stuff and not the attitude learned lesson never going back to this Walgreens.

The pharmacy is the biggest pile of trash. Pacific island patch-enormity. Most of the pharmacists and techs are professional granted, but you will regularly be told to pretty much leave without your insulin and die if you're diabetic. Choose someplace else.
I'm afraid it took a mental bantamweight to fail a single browbeating and now no one lifts a finger for my rx anymore, but they're mostly professional and extremely busy. But as a patient you will meet the person who selectively understands BPC or store policy or oath in the same convo and they're gonna be your pharmacist one day and it will disturb you very much.
They place your pill bottles on desks and forget about them, hidden behind objects. They'll say you took them when they can't find it, until they do and then call you. When this happens just like every other time they fill your rx, it's never reflected in the app or opt-in messages. Granted the app, but something must give if the drug is just waiting and always 30 days apart?

Just went over there for a pickup order and I was waiting for 30 mins and they never brought it out. What is the point of having pickup if you’re not going to bring it out. Waste of my time

I had the worse experience ever! The Pharmacist handed my husband the Wrong prescription with the wrong receive, So when I went to pick up the prescription I needed they refused to give it to. Mind you I have a seizure disorder and I needed my medication. The Pharmacist insisted I made a mistake and that I was wrong. I told him if I had a seizure he would be liable, that's when they decided to look into it, and they where in the wong! Do not recommend super rude even though it was their mistake, kept telling me I'm in the wrong and never an apology.

Their pharmacy deserves below one star today I had to pick up the medicine and I was here before they closed almost 20 minutes , I went inside saw the paper says only drive through till 9 pm came to the driveway the nurse said we are closed I said how? It is not even 9 pm. I don’t understand when they have something on going they must put it on their website to let everybody know believe me after myself lots cars showed up left frustrated Medicine is the important thing they can’t play with the patients like this it is not acceptable.
