Terrible pharmacy! We were told an hour for prescriptions for our son. Two hours later, not ready. We drove to the store, waited in the drive thru, only to wait over 20 minutes at the window to be acknowledged. This pharmacy needs management! Rang the bell, and they said that they would be with us shortly. Do better Walgreens!

My boyfriend and I just recently moved into the neighborhood and we decided to check out the local stores to see what was around. And when I was younger my mom would take my siblings and I to Walgreens just to get a snacks so I also wanted to see if it was the same. Obviously Walgreens is a little pricey but the convenience of having a 24hr in walking distance is great. So last night we went and immediately all eyes were on us which obviously isn't the issue (there's a whole police camera that's outside so we had an idea of why that was there) as we were walking down the snack aisle because that's mostly what we came for, we noticed at least three different employees either walking passed the aisle or were at the end of the aisles just standing there. And we were the only ones in the store at the time . We stayed for maybe another 10 minutes and as soon as we turned the corner an older Asian women told her younger male employee to "watch these two" and she didn't know we were standing right there and she turned and looked at us not knowing we were standing there and awkwardly starting laughing and walked away knowing she got caught saying that out loud for customers to hear. And a little backstory of us, I'm a nurse carrying a very expensive purse and my boyfriend is a construction worker so we have the expenses to shop there. After that encounter I wanted to leave immediately we so felt DISRESPECTED and PROFILED. But we decided to get our items and we left. We obviously will not be coming here again. And obviously we know Walgreens is a big corporation and loosing two customers is not a big deal but I hope the employees will learn from this.

This pharmacy refused to fill my one time script from the emergency department despite several calls from nurses and the doctor. Your job is to fill a script, not prescribe. Stay in your lane. I would give this pharmacy a 0 star if I could.

Came here to get a few things as I always do, during my shopping I encounter staff by the name of Phillip who not only greeted me with a smile and a gesture of asking how my day was going, he also pointed me in the direction of stuff I needed and didn’t hesitate to ask if I needed more help as he was helping others do the same. I remember getting this type of treatment many years ago were customer service was most important and Philip understands the importance of taking care of his customers. I wish we had many more Philips in customer service everywhere. Thank You Philip you absolutely made my day.

Horrible customer service. I make a purchase and ask to use the restroom and the cashier said they would send somebody and I did hear him say code 13 of course the issues not with him but the employees who either cannot hear or twiddle their thumbs around don't go back there and put the code in for you so you can access the restroom. Why it's d*** why you have these codes to get access and if you are going to have them, employees need to respond a lot more quicker. Stood there waiting for 15 minutes and nothing.

I just called, a male answered the phone didn’t get a name, and he was so freakin rude! Just hung up on me when I asked for help with pushing my prescriptions through . Whoever you are, you definitely need to work on your customer service cause you just made the whole business look bad!!!!

Lady with the grey hair working the the graveyard shift on 11/10/22 around 1am was the rudest person and should not be working in customer service. i regret not getting her name so i could make a proper complaint. I understand the store being construction and having to work in the middle of the night isn't ideal but if you hate your job so much that you kick customers out and tell them to come back in the morning because you don't want to deal with them isn't good business. I hope she doesn't represent all workers at that store. If i could give 0 stars i would. I eork in customer service and would never think to talk to customers the way i was spoken to.

Was told it could take over 2 hours to fill antibiotics, when I asked why since I have a sick child and just want to get home with him, I was told "well it could take 24 hours!"

I am here to pick up my prescription. It was once again not filled. I called to double check they said it was. The lady at the customer service was very rude. What is wrong with them ? They are rude and incapable of doing their job. Do not go here unless you want to be treated horribly and do not expect your prescription to be filled

Manager Milton is problem he does not care about customer service. Instead of looking for solutions to help he makes customers wait in car line for about 1 hr while they illegally perform self administered PCR covid test. These test are not to be performed by Patients. Secondly corporate has provided two windows but adherently they do not obtain aptitude to utilize, as this store also can not count days when 31 days in a month. They simply brake corporate policy and state go elsewhere also against ADA it's simpler to just solve your problem and treat customers properly!
