I been there at Walgreen on Carver today. Very stress with the way, the clerk been service to customer, not friendly, waited too long. Only 1 clerk was working for walking and driving customer, she looked very tired. I got a call from them my meds is ready to pick up, but when I came, it is not ready yet. By the way, been waiting in the long line. No appreciated!

Every time when im pick up my medicine not ready i have to wait 20 to 30 minutes.

Selection is sparse, I think it's the store manager she is nice. Most of the good workers are no longer there they were always so nice and talkative. Older lady who wears hair in a bun in the morning afternoon (kinda like the photo) is always so rude no hi no nothing. Other than that okay location.

The only complaint I have of this Walgreens is that the clerks take so long to assist you in the drive thru. They take their time to pick up that phone to speak with you. I use the drive thru when I’m having an extra busy day and I really don’t have time to sit for almost an hour in that drive thru waiting to pick up meds.

Dr. Kanwar, Pharmacist provides excellent customer services. She makes every effort to provide quick service with her A-team at her side. Visit the pharmacy and see for yourself, whether drive-up or in person.

I was going to buy some ice cream drumsticks and popcorn that were buy one get one free at Walgreens tonight, they had sale tags on them and when I went to check out the manager said , "Oh that's for tomorrow, I put them out early" and didn't honor them... I chose not to buy anything. I thought this was very rude and unprofessional to put those out early. This is the Walgreens on Standiford and Carver in Modesto, CA. I'm not sure of the manager's name but he's a young white guy with glasses.

i come in here at least once a week and never have had a bad experience. Stuff is low on stock but maybe they don’t have enough staff? I love this location lol

I had the exact opposite experience with this location as the ones listed in the reviews. I was helped by a happy and cheerful woman at the pharmacy, two employees staffed at pharmacy, no line at all, prescription was ready. In & out of there with a quick, simple and pleasant transaction. Great selection of products and the pharmacist happily rang me for the stuffed animal I picked out for my daughter when ringing me up for the Rx. Will continue to shop here. Nice and quiet vibe.

Not sure what happened to this business but it has gone down hill big time. More than likely poor management. It's easy to see all the similar negative comments and always the same response from the owner, "sorry to hear about your bad experience, we will tell someone about you dissatisfaction "

Meds never ready when they say it will be. You call and you wait on hold just to have them hang up on you. Absolutely trash customer service.

Illegally withhold pain medication for patients awaiting major surgery. Condescending attitude to both physicians and patients. Absolutely atrocious. Their head pharmacist is an absolute nasty nightmare of a woman.
