Why is it so hard to get a hold of the pharmacy. Past 5 days been waiting on my prescription. For what reason would it take that long to fill it. If out of stock how many days does it take. So frustrating when you need your meds and you have to wait way longer then you should makes no sense. Not even a phone call oh sorry about the long delay or here's the day we will get the prescription. First time at this pharmacy and my last. Communication is horrible even the text message they say to let you know it's filled is useless. Not once did I get any confirmation just so frustrating. And still im waiting on it.

Well satisfied with my first visit at this Walgreens. The staff were amazing, the place was well lit, arranged, clean and easy to navigate through. One stop quick shop!!

I absolutely love this Walgreens! The employees are always nice and helpful. You never have to stand and wait for someone to notice you at checkout, they’re always on it. If there are lots of people in line, they always call for backup. Never out of stock, always clean and the best Walgreens in Modesto, in my opinion. Great job!

I went through the drive through to pick up meds for my husband. Valerie waited on me. She was so busy taking care of the window and the drive through and the phones. It took a long time to get my meds but it wasn't her fault at all. Actually it really wasn't any ones fault. She was so nice and worked so hard and I appreciated her

I'm pretty sure I have another review somewhere in here but I couldn't resist adding more to this awful place. Had a group appointment for two vaccines for three family members. It has now been almost an hour past our appointment time and we still haven't been called yet. This place is far from being the corner of happy and healthy. The pharmacy is totally under-staffed and there is usually only one pharmacist on hand. It's insane! This is part of the reason I moved all my prescriptions across the way to Raleys. There's never a line and they fill prescriptions immediately. Maybe I should think about getting my next vaccines over there too. Terrible customer experience. I was forced to give at least one star which they don't deserve at all.

Pharmacy: the staff has always been friendly. But it takes at least an hour to pick up a prescription here. This issue needs to be resolved by management.*Addition: I was the only car in line at the drive through. There was one customer waiting inside at the counter and three employees that I could see. I have been waiting at the drive through window for 54 minutes.

Waited to speak to a customer service person from the pharmacy for 17 minutes. Bad pharmacy customer service
