I went through the drive through to pick up meds for my husband. Valerie waited on me. She was so busy taking care of the window and the drive through and the phones. It took a long time to get my meds but it wasn't her fault at all. Actually it really wasn't any ones fault. She was so nice and worked so hard and I appreciated her

I'm pretty sure I have another review somewhere in here but I couldn't resist adding more to this awful place. Had a group appointment for two vaccines for three family members. It has now been almost an hour past our appointment time and we still haven't been called yet. This place is far from being the corner of happy and healthy. The pharmacy is totally under-staffed and there is usually only one pharmacist on hand. It's insane! This is part of the reason I moved all my prescriptions across the way to Raleys. There's never a line and they fill prescriptions immediately. Maybe I should think about getting my next vaccines over there too. Terrible customer experience. I was forced to give at least one star which they don't deserve at all.

would be negative 10 if i could... vaccination appointment at 9:15... an hour later... still waiting... avoid this place ... i will never do this again ... leaving now no vaccine

They never have enough people working so the wait is always ridiculously long. I went to pick up a prescription at the drive through and there were only 3 cars. It took me 35 minutes just to get to the window and then I sat there 25 more minutes before anyone helped me. And when she did help me she was rude and didn't apologize for the long wait. I understand if they are short on staff but this is all the time and the customer service is horrible.

Avoid. They've hit the point of understaffing where the shelf tags aren't correct, many displays are empty, and if you're in line behind the person who turns a 3-item purchase into a 40-minute transaction, there's no back-up cashier to save you. Why the lone cashier scrutinized me when I entered, then intentionally decided not to greet me, shall remain a mystery. I was dressed for business and fancy lunch, so I didn't look homeless. Since I'm a 6' tall woman, I may have struck him as looking like some other sort of person he disapproves of. I'm happy to solve that by not shopping this store. There are plenty of other drugstores scattered around town -- you're not missing anything by skipping this one.

I work in retail so I completely understand being understaffed, but this location is absolutely horrible ! I called 2 days before my presentation was due just to make sure everything was good to go because it's ALWAYS an issue, so the lady says everything is good , then again I call the day before she tells me she's having it noted to be filled and I can come tomorrow then I call day it's due to see what time I can pick up she says noon I arrive at 4 to find out it was NEVER filled ! Drove 40 min with my child in the car and then was told if I wanted to wait a few hours I could come inside! What ?! How is this ok? How is it ok that the person said it was filled but never was ? I've read so many reviews like mine! Why is nothing being done ? Do I need to go above and beyond to take this higher? This is medicine we pick up that keep some of us alive half the time I'm driving there sick just to be told nothing is ready ! And I wait 45min in the drive thru on a good day !!! Something has to be done and soon !

Never in my years has someone been so rude, geez lady, saying there are a hundred people in front of you, good luck it getting filled tonight. Three times she tried hanging up on me mid question, like was the other script there, what time do you close, how much was it going to be. When I asked for one moment to get my insurance card, she put literally me on hold as I had it in my hand,. Extremely short, Curt, rude, Asian accent. Taking my business elsewhere and heads up, most Asian south East Asian people around here are the opposite, wonderful and so amazing, sweet. Grace to this lady must've been having a day otherwise damn

Such a horrible pharmacy. Very understaffed and I can never get anyone to answer any of my calls ever, they eventually just hang up on you. I don't know how pharmacy like this can still be in business. I don't know why they just can't hire more techs to help with the drive thru or front desk. Obviously they are getting plenty of customers, so money wise they should be able to take on more employees!

I wish I could give the pharmacy negative stars. I was the third car in the drive thru and it took 30 minutes to get my prescription. They took so long I shut of my truck two times. While waiting at the window, I saw 4 pharmacy employees walk by completely ignoring me. When I was finally helped, I asked why it takes a half hour to get my prescription when there are 4 people walking around doing NOTHING and I get my prescriptions at Raleys across the street in 5 minutes, The person said each employee only has one specific function that they can do and that they are shorthanded. B.S. !!!! Look at all the posted reviews for the last several years. ALL of them complain about the abysmal "service".Don't bother complaining to Corporate. Been There, Done That. My first complaint was completely ignored and the second one I ignored the voice mail from the store manager. They KNOW what the problem is and are either incapable or apathetic toward trying to solve the problem.I have alteady transferred all of my prescriptions to the Raley's across the street. Need to make sure they can fill this specific one and then I will never darken this Walgreens ever again. Note to Walgreens even though I know you don't care: Not only have you lost mine and my family's prescription business, you have lost our Walgreens business all together.

This review is for the pharmacy only. I called for a refill TWO F****** DAYS AGO got a call back from a recording, saying my prescription was ready to be picked up. Stood in line for an hour just for these idiots to tell me they never got a request for a refill. This is the worst pharmacy on the planet. I would trust Bill Cosby with my drugs over these idiots..

Please avoid this Walgreens at all cost. They have closed randomly in the past few months leaving me scrambling for my refills. My physician switched my meds suddenly and sent the prescription over to Walgreens on Floyd.. Of course when I arrive after work to pick it up, they're closed. No warnings for the unsuspecting people who desperately need their meds and supplies. This is poor practice and negligent.
