Tonight, I want to write about the Walmart brand (Great Value) ice cream cone "Drumsticks". They are sooooo fresh, it is amazing! I usually get the one with nuts on top, or cookie dipped. I personally enjoy both! However, my all-time favorite used to be the peanut butter ones. They were so freaking awesome, but Walmart discontinued that flavor or they don't carry it in our local stores. :'( This Walmart on Coffee Road is alright. The staff members are generally friendly, some more than others. I know Walmart prides themselves on being "the lowest price". The prices are usually good overall, but sometimes when other stores have sales, they are cheaper than Walmart. Something to keep in mind. Back to the topic at hand: FRESHNESS. The Great Value brand of ice cream cones put the brand name "Drumsticks" to shame! We bought the brand name ones, and the cones were soggy, not crunchy, and the nuts were stale. Not sure what happened there. But the Great Value never disappoints. The price is decent on the Great Value ice cream cones too. They are around $5.30 for 8 regular sized cones in a box. Like I said, some price points are comparable. While others have room for improvement. Please bring back the peanut butter cones!!! :) Have a great night!

I actually love this market but I'm always getting harassed and discriminated by the self checkout employees. I shop here weekly as a honest customer and it's so disrespectful to me that I'm being treated like this by associates who should be providing for customers not accusing me of stealing. I might choose sprouts from now on but I am in wow as I'm hurt by these kind of treatment.

Like lots of people I'm pressed for time so it's a wonderful convenience to just show up and pick up. They get exactly what I want and the price chosen has always been good.

I like it here. Low prices. Checkout can get a little crowded but it is usually okay. The staff are very friendly. My favorite part is the produce section. Pretty darn fresh. Not the largest selection but a good selection nonetheless. I get frazzled in hectic places but I haven't had a bad experience here. I prefer to go to this Walmart over the others.

Where should I start!!? If I have gone in there 10 times, 8 of those times I have had to walk back out and retrieve a shopping cart. They NEVER collect them. Went in there gathered my stuff and went to self check out. I forgot my phone at home so was gonna pay cash, well none the the self check outs were taking cash!! Super inconvenient since I am on my way to work and there is literally ONE cashier with a line of full baskets! Asked the employee if they possibly had more cashiers, "Umm no we are short staffed." Ok, I get it no one wants to work, so put some CASH in the self check outs then!!! So I left my bagged groceries and walked out!! Hope you had an extra employee for the go backs I just left for you!! Walmart obviously doesn't give a crap about customers, service or their staff! Bad deal

This Walmart is our go to for grocery shopping. They have everything and anything you could possibly want or need. The place is clean and tidy. There are always carts and the staff is fast and on track. A much better experience than a Walmart Super Store if you just want groceries.

Smfh bad service drive all the way here for nothing a waste of time and gas for a lazy person to close 10 min mutes early. Walmart you need to retrain your employees!! Bums

Everytime I step foot into Walmart I swear it's going to be the last time. I gladly pay more to shop at Target and avoid all the ghetto ratchetness that comes along with shopping at Walmart. Well, today I made the mistake of running into this Walmart, only because it's literally walking distance from my house. I walk up to the customer service desk only to be told "Customer Service is closed!" This is at 1:30pm. I guess I shouldn't be shocked there's no "customer service" at Walmart. There never has been.

Awful produce. My salad I got was wilted and disgusting. I threw it away. It was the middle of the day when I went and they were busy as hell, they were stocking!!! The aisles were jammed. It was so frustrating. I'd rather driver further for better quality! The store is a mess! No thanks!

I saw in the paper that Walmart was going to have an hour for shopping for seniors only due to the corona virus. Because I am a senior I wanted to verify that this was true. Do you think I could get someone to answer the phone. NO! Rang for 5 minutes straight. Nothing. What a joke these stores are. Who are the managers that allow this kind service?

A total lack of customer service. I was having trouble searching for a specific item and employees kept directing me to different isles and never actually walking up to the area to show me exactly where the item was at. They acted like I was taking time out of their day. One employee had trouble figuring out what I was talking about and had to google the item. Look, it's just breakfast gravy for Pete's sake! So I bought what I had and drove all the way down to Save Mart and found it in a half a second. Walmart's customer service is completely useless. Merely pointing toward a direction where something may or may not be at doesn't make it any easier. Dealing with these people is like ramming your head into a brick wall over and over and expecting different results.
