I had a very positive experience here. I was a little concerned after seeing the reviews and low rating, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had a prescription that was difficult to get filled, and they went above and beyond. The pharmacist and staff were all very friendly and helpful. I have switched from the Walgreens in Ripon, where the staff is not nice or helpful to this Walmart pharmacy.

This pharmacy seldom has my prescriptions ready when I arrive, even when I order refills 3 or 4 days in advance. I really wish t h ey would improve their customer service, it really stinks

SHOCKING!! I will never use this pharmacy again. I reviewed them earlier but just had another experience with them.Out of the blue, THEY called ME!They had MY cell phone number listed as my daughter's DOCTOR'S office number. Imagine if I weren't honest the things I could do with a PHARMACY believing I wasn't a DOCTOR!I COULD PRESCRIBE DRUGS TO ANYONE!When I'm trying to explain to the woman who called that they've made a mistake, SHE asks ME how my number was listed as the doctor's number. When I told her I don't know because I didn't manage their files, she asked my daughter's name and what pharmacy we used. I told her it was none of her business . She said "I don't know why you're talking to me like this. I'm going to go." I'm talking to you like this because I understand the gravity of the mistake you just made and you DON'T! YOU are endangering the public with your ineptness! This pharmacy should not be in business.

I will give no stars to this establishment nor will I ever do business with them again! . " R" the pharmacist was completely unprofessional her demeanor was in fact scary and unnatural for a pharmacist to be, Ranae repeated my name over 22 times interrupting my first and only sentence that I was trying to complete , she spoke quickly (a mile a minute ) deliberately offensive right from the start. I felt as if I was having this conversation in the back ally of a bad place but this was a four minute phone call with a Walmart professional pharmacist. I just wanted an update on my prescriptions and all I got was a instant migraine .This was harmful behavior toxic that I and no one should have to experience, please be careful when getting prescriptions filled because if one could slip so quickly with the tongue What could they do with your medication?

I have a problem with that tall lady who works there. You give her the name and date of birth. Seems like she is hard in hearing. And I have came a cross. You hardly see her badge. I have nothing personal against her but now she is going out of the way. She put me on hold when I follow up on the medication. I have came across with some many pharmacy tech in Walmart McHenry. Maria, Marilyn, Danielle, and Atish they are so good and always nice to meet and see them. I don't know why only her she has a problem. I don't even know her name that is why I used "tall pharmacy tech" The day I took my drop off and she was asking the drop off. So I did my drop off meaning I just dropped my prescription at the window. But when I went to pick the medication the pharmacist called me and told that I did not wait to explain. And the pharmacist told that we want the allergies I told that the hospital ER doctor wrote the allergies on the prescription. He told her want more information. I have been using Walmart pharmacy since 2016. I think the profile is always updated. Just a favor be nice. We all do customers service here. No one is perfect.

Edit: Things have improved in that they offer curb side pick up which is appreciated since Corranavirus. However wish they would call or text customer when they cannot reach MD for a refill on medicationDO NOT go to this Walmart Pharmacy. They are not organized. They make me come back and back and either they are not open or they do not have medication in stock. I am not happy with their service at all.

I went to buy a new bike and I tried 3 bikes that are the same because they kept falling apart on me! First one the seat kept wobbling and the second one the tire wasn't put on right so it didn't go. Last one the tire was flat and the employee told me I guess someone didn't assemble these bikes right. No customer service and very disappointed in the quality of their bikes! Don't buy for your child or anyone because your safety isn't guaranteed

Diamonds are a girl's best friend!... (or are they)? About two months ago my boyfriend surprised me with a VIZIO 43" Class FHD (1080P) Smart LED TV. I loved the TV but I never took it out of the box. You see I enjoy watching The 49ers during Football season and The Warriors during Basketball season and I wanted a huge screen with surround sound to view my favorite teams. And you know what they say... The bigger the better!!! So I decided to upgrade my TV. After all, I still had the receipt, I never took it out of the box, It was brand new. I just wanted a larger screen. I went to Walmart Supercenter on 3848 McHenry. I marched directly to the Electronics department and that's when I saw it. The SAMSUNG 65" Class 4K Ultra HD (2160P) HDR Smart LED TV! Oh My Goodness!!! The picture was so clear. The commercial that was playing on the TV drew me in. (I'm a Foodie) It had food that was being prepared on the screen looking so appetizing, that now not only did I want the TV, I also wanted that gourmet hamburger that was being prepared on it! The sound was also incredible. I had to have it. I wasn't leaving the store without! I peeled myself away to find an employee to help me, and that's when I found ANDREW. (HI! Andrew if you're reading this). Anyway, I asked if I could exchange my 43 inch diamond of a TV for the 65 inch larger diamond of a TV? He was all too happy to help me. He stopped what he was doing and smiled at me then looked at my receipt. He said: "This is a Smart TV and you can only exchange it within 15 days". At this point, it had been two months. But I did my research and knew that any electronics can be exchanged with a receipt within 90 days of purchase. However, I didn't argue because he said: with a smile..."Let's talk to the store manager and see what they say". Not only did Andrew look up the pricing for the Samsung. He went into the stock room and returned to the floor with my Diamond of a TV. "It's the only one we have left". He said. Let's get it! I replied! Not really sure if I could afford it but I stepped out on faith. He took it up to the front of the store where they do returns and asked if I could exchange my 43 inch VIZIO for the 65 inch Samsung. Christie the store manager, to my surprise was accommodating and said, wait for it...YES! She stated what I already knew, that the return was within the 90-day return policy and the tv had never been used. After some creative financing. i.e Put some $$$ on this card and some $$$ on that card. I had UPGRADED my TV. Now for the tricky part. How do I get this monster of a TV in my little car? One "Good-'ol-boy" with a massive truck yelled from the parking lot: "Put it in the back of my truck! I'll take it home for ya"! He joked. OH NO YOU WON'T! I Jeered back! Then I prayed: "Lord, Help me get this TV in my car". It was just then that two customers came by and said: "Once you get that (TV) home I bet you never come out of your house". We laughed. As I was moving around of other junk in the back of my car to make room for the newest member of the family, that same customer asked Andrew and I if we needed help. We accepted and with one lift from the customer and Andrew my new TV was in my car without a hitch. I was the happiest girl in the whole world. I can't wait to install my new tv and have my boyfriend see it! Who knows maybe he'll pop the question and I'll get a real diamond...But if he does I hope he waits until half time or the game is over to do so. Gooooo Warriors! Thank you, Andrew, for superior outstanding Customer Service! ~ Galen Rose

If I could give this place Zero stars I would. I came in to get a simple money order, there was a line of 18 people in the customer service and only two registers open. I requested a manager (via phone) while I was in line and nobody picked up the phone on the other end. I've always have never liked shopping here because it's ALWAYS a terrible experience. Today's validation proved it yet again. Seriously people, don't come to this or any Wal-marts for that matter. Spend the extra $5 and go to target or winco or another grocery store. You'll have a better experience at the corner liquor store full of drunk bums than here. I've grown such a resentment against all Walmart's because of their experience. I won't set foot inside this store again.

Customer service is a joke. I called today at about 5:00 PM to get connected to the jewelry department. Some lady answered the phone and I told her I wanted to speak to someone in jewelry. She says "okay" and connects me. I spend almost 20 minutes waiting to talk to someone. All of a sudden, the lady who first answered my call said "nobody in the jewelry department is picking up" so I said "okay, why would that be?" and she just brushed me off and hung up. I figured that maybe they were just really busy or had nobody there at the moment. I called again at about 8:15 PM today and before I could even say a word, I was put on hold again. I was waiting for 15 minutes and I got annoyed because I knew for a fact that nobody was trying to connect me so I hung up and called again. This time, some careless sounding girl picked up the phone and I asked to speak to jewelry and she said "okay one moment" and I was stuck waiting again for forever and then all of a sudden, I hear background noise and someone checking out items at the cash register. I'm like "hellooooo??... hellllooooooooo!!!" on the phone but nobody was answering so I hung up and called one more time. At this point, I'm pretty annoyed and when I called again, it went straight to someone from jewelry supposedly. She goes on to tell me that she doesn't know how to work the register, she's the only one there, she doesn't know how to adjust a watch, and that it's against Walmart policy to adjust or fix a watch that wasn't bought from there. What a bunch of lies. How do you work in jewelry and you don't even know how to fix a watch or work the cash register? Big thumbs down.
