This Walmart store in Modesto, on McHenry, has the nicest employees. When I arrive to shop at 6 am, the shelves are fully stocked and the floors are clean. The entire store looks great. The clothes are perfectly folded. Can't find an item? I ask an employee, they are pleasant and walk me to the location. Last time there I was pleasantly surprised to find a paper copy of The Epoch Times for sale...Go Walmart! That is a pro American newspaper. Thank you to the manager and all the wonderful people at this Walmart.

I don’t ever shop here because I know what to expect, I only ever get prescriptions because that’s the only department I’ve had good experiences in.
Outside of the pharmacy employees are rude, disrespectful, will cut you off stand in your way and mean mug you, will cut off elderly people and sigh in frustration. Walmart employees are the reason people in customer service are treated like robots. I had major surgery 3 days ago and had a family member go just to get some OTC meds. Everything was locked up and she stood there for god knows how long waiting for someone to unlock the door so she could figure out which meds I’m not allergic to. When the robot finally approaches, not a word was spoken just hand on hips like their entire day was ruined, they gotta get back to hating people from a distance. As my mom is carefully looking over the meds the robot got increasingly more aggressive and frustrated. To avoid tempting fate she asked for all of them and made her selection at the register. Mind you the robot had to carry all of them then lock the door themselves. I’m also sure they will have to restock the ones I couldn’t use because the robot was so impatient.
You should really focus on reprogramming your robot worker to respect people and maybe add some patience. I’d also recommend maybe buying more robots to work the store. You only have theft because you taught your robots not to care and there aren’t enough of them to even make a difference. Your neglect is making everyone suffer including your robots.

Walmart in any town in any state is always great. Cant beat the prices and the crowd there is not stuck up like the people who shop at Target. Lol jk!

It's Friday July 5th, 10:20 am. This plastic bags that you can make air tight are locked up with food saver products. MY PROBLEM YOUR STORE DOES NOT HAVE EMPLOYEES THAT EITHER ARE DEAF OR NON EXISTANT. After approaching 1 a checker watcher WAITING 10 minutes APPROACHING another lady on the floor I LUCKILY found an employee that could help NOT REALLY, a key is necessary for the product to be purchased, this employee did not have. She did find a Key and promptly opened the glass case for the plastic bags wanted. Next THE PLASTIC BAGS WERE DELEIVERED TO CHECKSTAND #6 by this employee. The endless check out wait just started. Another 10 minutes and it's our turn to be checked out. Checking out went beautifully, I gave the checker a $100.00 bill.
YEP, DID YOU GUESS WHAT TOOK PLACE NOW? After a minute or 3 She turns back and counts back $33.61
order total is $ 67.31.
Questioning the change
Telling her the change is incorrect, she said she added $10.00 to the cash received. Telling her the change is incorrect she said it is correct. Asking what the amount of purchase was she said $61.82 then said $67.31.
Taking out the old calculator 100.00 - 67.31
is 32.69. not 33.61.
With all of the items in this store locked up, no employees to help customers, and checkers that can not count Money, HOW DOES THIS STORE MAKE ANY
MONEY?
My Experience today has to be the #1 Walmart poorest to date.
I've shopped Walmart in 25 other States. Never have I experienced such Poor service.

It's a hassle having to search for an associate to open locked cases AFTER waiting 10 minutes for somebody to show up. Self checkout is a joke with registers open to only certain people...because, you know, actual IN STORE customers aren't as important as the ones ordering online. Bad management all around.
