EDIT JUNE 1ST 2023: Got to bank at 11:45 with the line around the corner, at 12 pm exactly they shut the doors and lock it. So if your still waiting in line and not in the building then they won't help you. Ridiculous! This made me not be able to pay my rent. I'm furious.. Worst bank! Worst customer service!I come here on the first of every month and have been for the last two years. I wait outside for about 10-15 minuets. Once I get inside I come to see that there's only 3 tellers working. So now I'm waiting another 10 minutes just to see a teller. It's ridiculous. Workers are nice never had a problem with that. It's just the wait time. It's frustrating, irritating, and I'm tired of standing.

Excellent service inside.Went to ATM on the south side of the bank at 5:30am and it was out of money. This was the second time that their ATM didn't have any money. Most inconvenient

Extremely under-staffed. Obviously one only goes into a branch under dire necessity. Otherwise, one deposits checks online and tries to stay away as much as possible. What a chore it has become to be a Wells Fargo customer. Long lines no matter the time of day. Even getting into your safe deposit box now requires you to stand in an infinity line.

Great customer service at this location! Went in the other day to change my last name on my accounts after getting married. I didn’t realize that Bankers operate by appointments only since Covid. Even though they were booked for the day, they offered to let me and other walk-ins wait for the bankers to be available. I was able to be seen within 30 minutes. They were very accommodating and friendly.

If I could give this business ZERO stars I would. Worst bank EVER. I am going to a new bank and telling everyone not to bank with Wells Fargo. They need better customer service. They won't help you and will make you come back and wait in long lines to be helped. They are slow and don't care about the customers that make their paychecks. Over this location and how crappy it's managed. Banks need to do better. This location needs to be closed down or ran by better management and training their workers better than how they are being.

Amneh Ammar a banker at this branch was so rude and unprofessional 7/6/2022 I deposit at check from Covid-19 rent relief. 7/72022 my check was cleared. I went into the bank to make a withdrawal. After waiting in the line for 40 minutes, where the line started outside the doors. I noticed no security guard was around. As it was my turn to get inside ( as the customers control the lines) . I'm disabled, there was no one at the disability counter. 3 teller and two banks at their desk. Amneh Ammar was one of the bankers at her desk. Janice the manager later started open the disability window and assist a man that never got in line and came much later than I did. When I got to the window finally to make my withdrawal the teller asked for assistance which Amneh came to assist. She told me my Covid-19 rent relief check was counterfeit and the program was a fraud. Even though my funds showed they were available this branch refused to give me my funds. While I was the the manager Janice was around once I requested her oh she out to lunch and won't be back for an 1 1/2 hour who lunch is that long not being self employed. So I called the 800 submitted a complaint. I cause me being the only black person in the bank out of 30 people finally I see a black man walk in. But for Amneh to rudely say you check is fraudulent the organization was a fraud. I was embarrassed. Even though I knew the check was legit. I returned after verification my funds were mines. Returned to the bank and still was refused service. Went a few miles away to the Wells Fargo off. No issues no questions asked I was given all the funds I had requested from this bank. Janice the manager hid like a coward in the back as you can hear them laughing like hyena's. No security guard one way in two ways out. My second refusal was by another banker that started assisting the customers. After finding out Amneh wouldn't assist me she also refused I ask for her name as I was on the phone speaking with Wells Fargo support advocate she refused to give me her name but gave me Amneh I told her quickly that not your name. Her response was I never spoke to you she did . My response was oh yes I spoke to you 5 minutes ago and I'm speaking to you now . After coping her name a little she removed her name plate off the desk she attended Sharnirah Bethsnyea somewhere like that . If you know the branch you know the women. They act as if I was in their account or robbery at the tellers desk. I felt decriminalized I felt I shouldn't have to go to another Wells Fargo bank to get my funds up or down the street neither owns Wells Fargo just rude unprofessional employees.I don't feel the bank is safe enough already without a security guard around. I glad I got what I wanted and need before the end of the day . It just took five minutes to find a bank with common sense.Shamirah you wished me luck as a insult. I wished you luck putting on your makeup better. I got my funds I pray you got that makeup and the colors right. A customer of 25 years plus.

6 tellers at windows. Lunchtime rush. Only 2 tellers out of 6 are open. Line of customers starting. When asked if they could please open another window as some of us are on our lunch break, I was told in a somewhat nasty manner "we are busy, we will get to you when we can". Really? That is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There are other banks. I went and banked with one of them instead.

2 tellers at 1:40 in the afternoon …. Horrible service. Almost always a long wait despite closing multiple branches in our area. The staff are great and it’s not their fault. This is definitely a management and corporate problem.Time to look for a new bank!
