I had this experience a couple of months ago but I very much haven't forgotten it, I had recently bought some DESIGNER sunglasses, I was directed to return them through fed ex in Walgreens as told, however a couple of days later I recieved an empty box, when I opened the box it was empty with only my return slip, I never received my refund on my end because the company told me they never received the sunglasses back, came to realize that they sent me the exact same box I had returned but empty. Walgreens sent me back my box empty when they never were supposed to send it back to me, and also stole the designer sunglasses. That is very unfair and definitely needs the review even months later because that is not fair. I never got my money back and walgreens got to keep some designer glasses

I waiting weeks to get a script delivered to my home. Every time they failed. They wanted to blame Fedx for not coming in for days. I literally was waiting in their store and a Fedx guy walked right by me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS THERE if you need your prescriptions!

The pharmacy is problem, you have to wait in line and usually there isn't help in Spanish. The rest of the store is average, although the prices are very high. Don't come here if you don't want to wait in line, or if you don't want them to waste your time. Would probably not recommend, go to the CVS across the street instead.

Pharmacy is always such a super long wait rather it be walking into the store or in the drive thru... only come here cause it's close to home... wish the waits weren't so long.

I never been treated worse. A pharmacist named Stephanie, spoke to me and my doctor's office unprofessionally. This left myself and the doctor's office shocked. I don't know what made this woman so mean and uncaring. Very unfortunate for Walgreens. I hope she has better days, and learns to treat patients kindly and with respect.

There's a FEW in the pharmacy that's helpful that being said you call in ahead so they have your meds ready & 100% they don't have ready you wait 20-30 minutes they never do what they say not happy people it's like your wasting their time they act like their way understaffed an over worked toward costumers the appreciation is non existent in this place

terrible service at the pharmacy. long wait times and the workers are on the phone and helping the people in line at the same time. hire more people to do separate tasks. makes pharmacy waits for sick people almost an hour long.

Rude girl they have working here . Already had attitude ringing me up . Once I paid she didn't even hand me my bag she basically threw it at me . WALGREENS DO BETTER. if you work customer service do your job as you should no need for the stank faces .

I hate this place. Long lines and 1 cashier. You'd think you can jump out and grab something quick and fast but save yourself and just go to Walmart.

I can see why this Walgreens has two star rating. I had a craving for holiday Danish butter cookies and they had it for $3.50. I tried to purchase two of them and put in my phone number however, my phone number and never existed in their system. The person behind the counter, a young man in his late teens early 20s, kept arguing with me that my account... My phone number is not in the system. After I purchased it at full price, While I was at the parking lot, I contacted the wall greens 800 number and confirmed with someone by the name of Andrea at the corporate office that Walgreens had switched their reward programs. Evidently the staff here are too stupid to know or explain that they switched of the reward programs to their customers. Luckily, I found a female staff member who understood my situation though there were some language barrier but she fixed my issue and was able to give me the cookies at the discounted price. I expect nothing more from this location. Customer service has never been there number one priority. It's evident that their employees here are only working and looking forward to go home. Quality: C Price: B Service: C Will I return here? Only if CVS across the street is closed

I think they need to navigate their appointment system for the Covid vaccination a little smoother for the people coming in I've gone in twice and haven't been able to get vaccinated due to system errors for the first visit second visit they ran out of the mixture for the dose after waiting an hour to be seen for my vaccine I recommend people making an appointment at your local urgent care for faster and easier results very unsatisfied with this location

I'll just get to the point, I decided to do a curbside pickup for black medical face masks and shampoo {2 items}, placed my order and it said it would be ready in the next 30 minutes, we all know damn well that's bull because we all get busy right? Get there an hour and 30 minutes later as it said I would receive an email or text whenever my order would be ready to which I never received? I decided to just walk inside, there's 5 people inside, not busy at all. The lady at the register was kind enough and hilarious I should mention, she told me to go to photo for my curbside pick up which I did and there was this other lady there. As I walked over, she proceeded to walk away followed with the words "I'll send someone over" so I waited and a guy came up, he was kind , he proceeded to look for my order and the bag was empty, I guess no one decided to get it ready? I wasn't upset as it's just 2 items, I can just wait for them to quickly grab it which he said he was going to do. As he proceeded to walk off, the lady from earlier who walked away from photo at first came back to photo to just stand around? Anyways he told her "I have 3 more orders" she then said in a whisper "don't worry we're closing either way" like that's just f****** I don't know why you guys hire arrogant people? Like these are same day curbside pick up or regular pick up orders but because you're just standing around being lazy asf, you want to push it for tmr? Like I feel terrible for other customers who I saw waiting at the curbside parking lot and when I came back out, they're still there???? I cancelled my order, they didn't even have the items I was looking for! The guy was nice enough to do that for me! It is what it is for my items but don't be fucken lazy and get your s*** fucken straight! -Aka for the lady at photo standing around!

My children's prescriptions never are ready! I need to call several times because they're always said they're working on them. sometimes I had to wait over a week! that is not reasonable. worst pharmacy. I never had an issue with Walgreens,, only at this particular one.

Honestly shitty as pharmacy I moved from Cvs to here and regret it I have waited on the phone 1-2 hours and don't get to be able to talk to no one and when they finally answer they f****** hang up and I have to call again!! Also for some reason they have 2-3 files on each of my children I have asked to merge them or something and they say no and every time I go pick up there medication it can't be found or it's a problem not just theirs but mine also! Oh not to mention I have waited on drive through over 1 f****** hour when there's just 1-2 cars I front of me they are so f****** slow for some freaking reason it doesn't matter if your inside or outside waiting for your medication if you have nothing to do and want to get your medication and wait 2 hours this is the place I tried delivering my medication to make it faster and nope that don't work either I'm in Modesto they send my medication to Tracy and got lost there there's always a problem here and yes I will be changing pharmacies!!!
