The entire staff including managers are friendly, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. This bank values it's clients and maintains that personable relationship. They also honor and stand by their statement of "Ownership and Economic Opportunity for All." If you're tired of the "bigger" banks; give this place a try for a totally different experience.

If you are looking for mortgage loan steer clear of this place. There is no reason that a lender working in today's market shouldn't be able to close a conventional loan in 21 days. Not only can they not close a loan in 21 days, they can barely close a loan in 40 days. After a 2 year roof certification was provided (which oddly had to be paid for prior to close of escrow) and a report showing that the roof had over 5 years life expectancy (apparently one of there conventional loan requirements) this lender held off on sending out the initial closing disclosure (which has to go out 3 days prior to close of escrow by law) because the earlier dated roof report stated that there was debris (leaves) on the roof and the lender stated that she needed a report showing that it had been removed. Having a lender like this doesn't only add stress to an already stressful situation but can actually cause your deal to fall through. This lender needs to get out of the lending industry and move on to a different industry that doesn't require any communication because it definitely is not her forte.

If I could rate this bank zero stars, I would. I have not had any luck with this bank and I'm thankful that I have sinced moved from the area so I no longer have to use them. The wait times on the phone are horrendous and the customer service is nearly awful. That's coming from someone who has been with this bank for many years. Trust me. Stay away from this bank!

This bank is the worst financial institution I have ever come across in my life! The teller and supervisors are absolutely incompetent, rude, unprofessional, and immature. If you want to deal with a bunch of people acting like high school kids then this is the bank for you. They treat you like scum and have no social skills or common sense. Upper management needs to take a very close look into the way their employees are treating their current clients and prospective clients. You are a financial institutions and a place of business and need to demand that your employees treat everyone that walks through your doors with the highest level of respect and professionalism. Your on-line service also needs much work as does the processing of debit cards, it should not take so long to get one, nor should your clients have so many issues as stated in other reviews here. Your business is a joke and unless you want to close your doors, much work is required to repair the damages caused by your employees and services. Your clients are complaining and demanding your services be improved. Perhaps you should start listening and repairing the damages and gaining back your client's trust.
