I got a burrito asada and it was so nasty I'll never come eat at this store again again .. the meat looked old and chunky it wasn't thin like asada should be ..all bad don't eat there

Has been my go to for shrimp and meats, got some ribeyes steak and cooked them up and were very delicious and for a great price staff is super friendly

DONT BUY YOUR ROSCA DE REYES HERE!! went in to buy a rosca paid $23.99. To later find out after we cut it completely that there was no doll inside at all, i called the store and they said the dolls are supposed to be on the side of the box, there was never no dolls, NO INSTRUCTIONS NEITHER ON BOX OR POSTED ANYWHERE NEAR WHERE YOU GRAB THE ROSCA FROM, how are people supposed to know the doll isnt already inside the bread, ours was missing and we didnt find out until we had cut into it, i called to ask for a refund and they said no and that i should of known about the dolls, AGAIN NO INSTRUCTIONS POSTED IN THE STORE NEIGHTER ON THE BOX NEITHER DID THE CASHIER SAY ANYTHING DURING CHECK OUT, and ontop of that bread was completely hard and dry, they dont even make there roscas in store as the manager said

La Perla is forever in my favor! I love their food so much. I go here sometimes on lunch and the store is always so bright and clean! The food is always fresh. The nachos is by far my favorite.

I just went in to grab a burrito supreme and asked the lady to add guacamole to it, she almost didnt add the meat i wanted for it to start off with. She closed it up without adding any cheese sour cream or the guac i kindly asked for. She closed up the burrito and i asked her to add all the missing ingredients and she said she couldnt because she already wrapped it up. I had asked for all this when i ordered the burrito and she couldnt take an extra minute to fix her mistake!

If your looking for a Wholefoods atmosphere look elsewhere. if your looking for a down home feel this is the spot for you. The employees are professional and friendly. The hot food is delicious and IMHO they make the best handmade tortillas in the Bay. Period! I will have to say the Tamales fall very short, they are mostly masa and not worth the money so avoid them and get everything else.

I really enjoy this place, it's convenient and fast. I normally come to this store to get carne and veggies for the weekly family dinners after church. It had pretty competitive prices when compared to the store across the street, Cardenas. I would recommend for any small items or a quick bite to eat.

My family had a function over the weekend in which we wanted to support our local businesses and order a few hundred dollars worth of meat three types in fact and we were given hamburger meat instead of carne asada the carnitas were very tasty and the third meat item well was a mystery....some kind of mushy meat so word to the wise never be in a hurry...Always triple check your items before leaving this establishment....because if not well like a box of mixed chocolates U don't know what your going to Get.....

Went in on lunch to grab a burrito and get out didn't happen tho that fast. Took 10min to get service with no one else in line. Told girl twice no onions, still grabbed a hand full of onions and throw them in my burrito, then tried picking them out after instead of scraping it. Won't be back .

Worst spot ever went to buy milk expired date Feb 14, 2019 and it was Feb 18,2019 I told the cashier she said she would let management know. I stood there for a few minutes and she did nothing about it. I called the store later that evening and spoke to a wanna be manager. I told her what happened earlier and said she would look into it..... I told her that this tells me there is no rotation when it comes to there products...BE CARFUL don't buy expired food..

I work a block away from this place and was going there for the last 5 years. Food was good and prices were great. But up until lately they raised prices on food and give out wayyyy less portions of food. "Let's charge more money and give out less food?" Sorry but this place is going down little by little. Manager needs to talk to ladies making the burritos. They pour hardly any beans and rice and even LESS meat and still wanna charge $8! Terrible. Lost my service. I won't be returning and I'll be sure to tell all the people I used to recommend to go there that they suck now! THIS PLACE SUCKS NOW!
