bru two hours to get my lumper receipt is krazy avoid this distro center like the plague we have to risk our lives getting the freight here then they make you wait another two hours to get you outta here took 30 minutes to unload now i’m just sitting here waiting i drive a daycab this is ridiculous for drivers to have to deal with soon as amazon fixes my acct i won’t have to deal with this bs no more 👌🏾🗑️

Why can’t other Capstone operated locations be like this one? Checked in 2 hrs before my 2100 appt and got assigned a door at 2000. They unloaded a full truck and I had paperwork in hand out the door by 2200. It was a frozen load btw. I would definitely deliver to this place again.

No overnight parking even though they have a huge parking lot. They don't understand why all the truck stops are full, I mean, why would a truck stop be full on the west coast? It makes sense if you don't think about it.

9:30 appointment, arrived 9:00, got door assignment at guard shack, after backing up I checked in at office. Got lumper receipt at 10:45 but still waiting to get unloaded. Slow and lumper fees. They have a washroom for drivers. No idea about overnight parking. Doors are easy to back up, spacious. They don’t give out the lumper receipt, I had to print it out.
