During our switch from metro by t mobile. We have encountered unresolved issue. As the customer we are the ones suffering. We purchased two Google Pixel 8 phones. One is active while weeks later the other is not. Both carriers are blaming each other. Hours and hours spent trying to resolve the issue with no end in sight. Port out issue. Xfinity mobile advertised this as if it was simple. I hope eventually they can hold up their end of the deal. Should have gone to at&t or Verizon. Customers beware. Nothing but a nightmare. All the customer service reps are respectful but cannot resolve an issue without tier 3 help. They will lose me as a customer forever if the issue isn't resolved soon. Seeking accommodations or it will go legal.

Started service 2/28/2024, went back to turn service off 3/4/2024. Sales rep closed my account refund 60.24. Also told him please turn off autopay, sale rep said all done. So I open my emails. And what the heck they took out $75.00 3/20/2024. So I called took forever to get a human on the phone. I explain she didn't get and finally she got it. Pita in for all rescind. Just a email they only credited 12.95 to my account. The amount should be $135.00 Not only it was crappy internet and now billing is crap. So Pretty much I screwed Will never recommend them. Horrible!!!!!!

Back in late January 2024, we were scammed by an inside Xfinity agent to the tune of $250!! And yes, we indeed called Xfinity's official number. We called to pay on an overdue account and the agent (who sounded like 'offshore') said he'd help resolve it for us. He asked for our credit card and even gave us a break on the overdue amount. He also said we'd get a 'new box' and that we would be able to receive hundreds of channels. That same day we got an invoice for $250 from a 'Cable Express Corp' in New York. And our Xfinity account was still overdue. We had to make another payment to bring our account current!! We've called Xfinity numerous times to report this and to get it resolved. Even sent pictures of the call record and invoice. We talked to their fraud department multiple times and 'case numbers' were created. They told us multiple times their staff would review the case and call us back. This never happened! On our last attempt, the rep said our case was being escalated to the highest fraud department and they would call us. We never received a call back! Beware.... Xfinity is a terrible company !!!!!! Customer Service is full of LIARS! I called and spoke with 5 different representatives. The last was Tandi in billing she told me that my bill was zero, that it was an automated bill that would be removed and I would get an email in 30 minutes stating that. I did not receive the email. I called back on Monday not one of the people I spoke with left notes on my account. The credit I was promised was not there and the Rana the representative I spoke with was not able to help me. She did escalate it to a supervisor Ted who called me back and he told me that there was no documentation that I had called before and he would not remove the charges. I had paid my bill in full when we moved and canceled my service May 2023. March 2024 i get a text message from collections. Beware of this company's billing and customer service!

Horrible customer service. Anthony is rude and not helpful at all. He should not be training anyone. When asked to speak to the manager he lied and said one wasn't available. When asked for a managers card he handed over a card for someone who NO LONGER WORKS FOR THE COMPANY. Horrible experience and will not be back.

I had question about my bill because it increased by $40.00 a month. Joe helped me. He was pleasant and listened to my concerns. I left happy with my new service agreement. Thank you Joe, for your patience. It's much appreciated!

I just got charged $100 that a technician surreptitiously added to my bill when he came out to troubleshoot my wi fi. He did not inform me there was a charge, he replaced my defective modem, and said he didn't know what was going on with my wi fi connection issues except there was "problem somewhere down the line". Then I received my new bill with the $100 charge on it. I went to the Xfinity store on Pelandale to get the charge removed but was told they could only refund half the charge because "that's the way it works here", Yup, sure does. Rip off customers who only requested repairs on THEIR cable. This is only the tip of the iceberg...their internet service is sporadic at best. At worst the customer gets charged to repair their shoddy equipment.

I just finished a call with Xfinity and beyond pissed. Third time to confirm my cancellation with Xfinity, but they keep saying I have a streaming box to return. We’ve never ordered one. On top of that, we’re being charged for using their internet service when told it was free of charge until the cancellation date of Dec. 19. They want to keep you on a leash, folks.Returned their Wifi box to use our own a long time ago.They will say there is “free of charge” until a certain date and charge you with an early termination fee, plus any usage during.

I was able to go into the pay station and not wait in a line to pay my bill and if you need help with the pay station you don't have to wait, someone comes right over. I don't go into the store often

Xfinity customer service is garbage. Their service is garbage and they try and will nickel and dime you to death. Canceled cable and went with a roku and fire stick. We will be changing internet service as well.
