My family paid cash at this location ..... we noticed it was on our credit report and even had them investigated. It got cleared from our report and now sure enough we are being re billed by this company. What a disgrace DO NOT LET THEM TAKE CASH !

1 star seems to be the general consensus here! No statements for random DOS and balances owed to this place. I have high option coverage and usually have no copay.. I requested a copy of the EOB from my insurance and was refused. The only notification I received was from an agency with 30 days to pay before collections. The woman at the agency says this is common for this place. When I questioned the lack of statements, the Yosemite lab rep told me to call the post office.. scapegoat much? She also said it's against protocol to release insurance EOBs and I need to call the insurance directly. So what do you guys do over there besides scam? I will be reporting to Sutter and to DCA.

Bunch of selfish, snooty, grade A @$$holes that run this place. They treat the employees that uphold this company like garbage, but they spoil the hell out of their paying clients!!! Speaks VOLUMES about you as a company when you don't treat the staff that make your very business happen with a shred of decency because you're too busy schmoozing and brown-nosing the ones that don't even do the actual footwork. Shape up, Yosemite, or it'll be your downfall!

I worked just over a year at YPMG. I have never seen such and unorganized business in my life. Printmates were always breaking down. Co workers shooting rubberbands at each other. Mixing up specimen tissue bottle during preaccessioning. Lab was so loud they had complaints from nearby offices. If your lazy and like to goof off this is the place for you!

BEWARE!Never make a cash paid here!! I paid mine in cash and now I'm getting another statement saying I never paid talked to the supervisor and there is nothing they can do it fix it was now I have to pay again for something I already paid! HORRIBLE!
