I called 8 times no Answer I purchased a ring over $1300. they sent it out to get sized and said it would be ready August 30 so I’ve been calling and there’s been no answer very unprofessional but they sent me a bill but I don’t have the ring!!!!

My husband bought me a one-year anniversary band from Zales to go with my engagement ring, but it ended up needing some adjustments. Nina, the associate who helped us, was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. She went above and beyond to get our ring back to us quickly, and it looks perfect! My husband and I both left feeling very happy about doing business with her. Thank you, Nina, for making this experience so special!

Eric took great care of us. My lady recently lost her pops and we went in to get a chain he got her replaced but this man was able to fix the chain giving excellent service going above and beyond. Thank you Eric you really made her day

Me and my fiancé walk into Zales window shopping for our engagement ring 💍 walked out with a long time relationship with Nina Younan she was more than helpful immediately invested in my forever piece I went in thinking “oh I will get something simple nothing more” walked out with a beautiful ring that truly fits me, gave us her complete attention, and is very knowledgeable on all the jewelry especially what not only looks good but directs you into selecting your own unique piece. I am more than satisfied happy to report we just went back yesterday to look at wedding bands to complete the ring yay! Thank you so much Nina for welcoming us to the Zales family for treating us like we have known each other for years left a lasting impression on me and my fiancé much love Esmeralda and Richard!

First warranty claim 3 months after purchase for replacement of a small diamond on side of ring(<1/3 carat). 8 days after dropping it off and am now being told it can be another 60 days before we get it back. Everyone has been really nice and they are not trying to deny the claim so that's a plus. Only had 2 warranty repairs with other Jewelers (years after owning not 3 months) and seemed 2 weeks was the standard not 70 days.
