I got turned away at 12:40 pm because they close at 1pm for break by the older short african american lady with the glasses....uhm didnt know 20mins ahead of time constituted as closing time esp for 1 small package. I had a small envelope i just needed to be scanned & shipped since I made my own label. Came back at 2 weren't open until like 2:15.
And living out here for a while, my specific delivery driver is definitely not friendly what so ever. Have had to come pick up several packages because they did not deliver.
And everytime I come here the workers act like they cant ever figure anything out and hold the line for ever
I try and go to tehachapi if I have the time...

Mail delivery driver delivers some packages and you tell them your missing a package they say I don't have it, then goes back to post office and puts customer put a hold on package & not available for redelivery. You go in and that slow short lady can't find your package.

Worst customer service. Alicia doesn't know how to keep the line moving and will try to help a customer for 1/2 hour for a po box, while people are standing in line, waiting. We're dying here. We just wanna drop off our damn package!

Very rude won’t give you packages or mail even with Identification having your name and address also packages gone missing all the time they leave a slip to go pick up at post office and they never find it.

For a small area, I am surprised this branch is extremely lazy. They will not deliver mail on any day they choose. There has been plenty of days during the weeks and months where they just decide not to pick up or drop off any mail. The branch will not pick up their phone. It will ring and ring until it is disconnected. This branch is a joke.

Waste of time. Only open 5 hours most days. Better off going to Rosamond or Tehachapi.

Once again. Not open at 9am liked stated. Website states open now 9:31 am I guess opens when she feels like it again. Third time had to wait. She is rude and needs to.find another job. I will.file a complaint with the upper poster service management.

Yesterday I went to pick up the box and it was open, luckily the small package was inside (the employee left it OPEN). ANOTHER TOPIC: THE ATTENTION IN THE OFFICE WHEN THE LADY IS HERE IS SIMPLY AWFUL, HORRIBLE....

Never here during business hours making it impossible to pick up packages that I paid for!! Put up random signs like this one but lock the doors and don't answer the buzzer....

I'm here on a Wednesday at 9:20am and the lobby is closed. Five people in line waiting. The hours on the door clearly state they open at 9am. Wouldn't expect this from a post office, but here it happens all the time.

Not only do they never deliver the mail to your house. When you go to pick up your package the older African American lady will not give it to you. She is one of the most rude people that I have ever dealt with. I have no idea how she still has a job there

The lady who works there is really really rude and unprofessional. I complained about her before and was told she would be given a talk about what she is doing wrong, but the last time I went she was rude to me again, and to the young man trying to deliver a gift to his sister out of state. He didn’t have the zip code and almost denied him service and so I asked him if he wanted to use my phone to look up the zip code and she got mad at me and said that’s not how she does things. I really dislike having to go there because of her now. The reason I am even forced to go is because the people who deliver the mail refuse to drop packages or certified letters to peoples doors. They just leave a note saying they missed you. I dread every time I get those notes. The office is over a ten minute drive from my home on the freeway in a direction I never go. It is incredibly inconvenient. Not to mention their hours are the same as my work hours and they are closed the whole weekend. I have to take a lunch from my job to get my undelivered packages and mail. Please fix this. ???? I know working for the post office and delivering mail can be hard work, but people trust and depend on you!

Horrible horrible service from the woman in the morning. She refuses to give you your mail even if your name is on it. She cuts people off mid sentence and tells them to be quiet.

They didn't even attempt to actually deliver the package. They just said they couldn't because they're lazy, as expected from people who work in Mojave
