Not only do they never deliver the mail to your house. When you go to pick up your package the older African American lady will not give it to you. She is one of the most rude people that I have ever dealt with. I have no idea how she still has a job there

The lady who works there is really really rude and unprofessional. I complained about her before and was told she would be given a talk about what she is doing wrong, but the last time I went she was rude to me again, and to the young man trying to deliver a gift to his sister out of state. He didn’t have the zip code and almost denied him service and so I asked him if he wanted to use my phone to look up the zip code and she got mad at me and said that’s not how she does things. I really dislike having to go there because of her now. The reason I am even forced to go is because the people who deliver the mail refuse to drop packages or certified letters to peoples doors. They just leave a note saying they missed you. I dread every time I get those notes. The office is over a ten minute drive from my home on the freeway in a direction I never go. It is incredibly inconvenient. Not to mention their hours are the same as my work hours and they are closed the whole weekend. I have to take a lunch from my job to get my undelivered packages and mail. Please fix this. ???? I know working for the post office and delivering mail can be hard work, but people trust and depend on you!

Horrible horrible service from the woman in the morning. She refuses to give you your mail even if your name is on it. She cuts people off mid sentence and tells them to be quiet.

They do not answer the phone or properly deliver packages... I have been waiting for a package for over 2 weeks, but they never come to the door for signatures. They leave notices in the mail box because they're too lazy to do their job

How come no one ever picks up? I spent all day calling...I have a notice saying my package wasn't delivered because it needed a signature... Tell me why I've been home all week waiting for this package and the mail carrier NEVER came to my door to ask me to sign anything...Your carriers constantly choose to be lazy as fuck and not even come to the door.... How can my mailbox sign for a package when it's down the street. Drive to my door and ask for the required signature instead of being a lazy d bag....

Never had any problems with office staff or delivery persons. My only complaint would be no after hours drop box for mail (because of theft/vandalism). But, that is not their fault. It is a tough problem and their bosses' fault (have to build a secure drop box into the building).

Working hours. She was inside doing her thing while we were standing behind the sliding door and she didn't care. She didn't say to go away or to wait. Very unprofessional. 2pm on Monday.

Worst delivery driver ever. I get more of other people's mail than my own. I have informed delivery to know what I'm getting daily and more than half of the time it never arrives, it's as if they don't even look at what or where they are putting people's mail. Alot of personal information has been put in other people's mailboxes checks, packages, medical information. something really needs to change...

The mail carriers are constantly putting my neighbors mail in my mailbox and vice versa. I've called to complain and yet I still continue to have the same issues. It seems the quality of service on almost everything in Mojave is below average but this is absolutely unacceptable! There is too much fraud and theft that goes on as is, we should not have to worry about the mail carriers not doing their job accurately. Get it together already!

I came to Mojave for only a few months so didn't get a box. I used General Delivery. Then medical problems came up and I've been here nearly 2 years and have always received wonderful service. They are not required to continue General Delivery more then a few months but they do and it's very much appreciated. Thank you.
