“Everytime we go in we recieve amazing service. Depending on the time you go, you might be able to walk right in or you may have to wait in line. No matter the situation Gina always welcomes everyone with a sincere smile and greeting. I've seen people be unhappy and be rude to her because of mailing issues and she still keeps her calm and continues to be courteous. She is a phenomenal employee. People should understand that the workers are just doing there job. They shouldn't be yelled at because of the fee to ship or a lost package. It's not the front ends fault.”

“I'm using this service while I am between houses. The customer service is excellent. It's a place in Calaveras County to have packages and official correspondence safely delivered and held for me until I can pick it up. Also, if you aren't in Valley Springs, it's a pretty drive out there with no traffic, and lots of other places you can run errands, or even do your laundry within a block or two. It's really worked out for me.”
