The agent Isabelle was wonderful in upgrading us to a 7 seater SUV when the mini-van we reserved was not available. It was a very nice car and we enjoyed it very much. So roomy and safe. Thank you Isabelle and Avis Monrovia.

Picking up my rental was quick and easy, including the drop off. The Customer Service Representatives were friendly and professional. All their cars were clean and one of reps walked me to the car to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I will go this Avis again. Very Happy with the Service!
