Don't send your car here, it's a shame on Lexus
I got my car back with damaging another parts, and scratches my windshield and never fixed the scratches on the mirror even when i asked to fix it many times, i had to send it back to them they did fixed that damaged part and the windshield but never fixed the scratches on the side mirror.

Once again, this body shop has exceeded my expectations and never fails to impress. However, I’d like to offer some advice to fellow customers reading these reviews—reconsider using Farmers Insurance. I cannot recommend them at all, as it’s one of the worst insurance experiences I’ve ever had.
To be clear, if you’re frustrated with delays, it’s not the body shop causing them—it’s your insurance company dragging its feet and not handling things properly. Without Joseph’s persistent efforts to stay in touch with my insurance adjuster, my car would probably still be sitting there.
A&W Collision has the best communication I’ve ever encountered. Huge thanks to Joseph and Damali—without both of you, I have no idea where I’d be with my vehicle right now!

Solid work! I highly recommend this place. I had a bad hit and run that left the front bumper and headlights incredibly damaged/ripped off on my Lexus RX. I decided to go to AW Collision since it was recommended by Lexus and they use original manufacturer parts. I had great help from one of their reps, Kurtis at Crown Lexus. From bringing it to the shop and every step of the way, the whole process was super smooth. I got weekly texts and updates from Damali and Joseph. They basically handled every part of the insurance claim, paperwork, inspection, repairing, painting, fitting everything properly, and washing it when it was finished. They streamlined the entire thing with no issues. After about 3 weeks, the car was as good as brand new, washed and ready for pickup. Honestly, couldn’t be happier with the customer service from Damali, Joseph and the team at AW Collision. If there’s ever a need to have your vehicle repaired or taken care of, these are the guys!

This collision company is top-notch! I worked closely with Aaron every step of the way getting my Lexus fixed. They kept in constant contact with me and were very accommodating. My car came out perfect! Hopefully, I won't need collision services again but if I did AW would be my first choice. Thank you for great service!

This place was amazing from Joseph & Damali's customer service, to the work done on my car, and the time frame everything took! Joseph & Damali made me feel that both my car and I were gonna be taken care of. They answered all my questions and helped me. Even after I paid I had a question and they reached out asap. Very professional and caring. My car's rear turn out like new as well, very pleased with the work and I got my car back within like 2 weeks!

Just had my car repaired at AW Collision, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Joseph and Damali really knocked it out of the park, they were super helpful, kept me in the loop, and made sure everything was done right. The repair work was excellent, and my car looks amazing. If you need top-quality repairs and great customer service, AW Collision is definitely the way to go!
