I was extremely satisfied with this place, the Tech Eric who worked with my dog Opie was very knowledgeable, explained every step as he was doing it to inform me, treated the dog kindly and gently. Had a great experience and will be going here moving forward. Their credit card company needs to word stuff better tho :P but that just shows their concern is the pets, I like where your heads at Best Friends Pet Hospital.

My baby frenchie was well taken care of. First visit at that location, friendly staff, gentle and loving care towards my dog and knowledgeable because she advise me that one of my dogs ears was infected so therefore she could not clean them. (Took my Frenchie to the Vet . She’s all better with medication) ?

Really wanted Best Friends to be our new vet and Initially they were fine but when we went to refill an Rx we were calling for a week with no follow up. Eventually went in to get a Rx filled and found they were extremely overpriced for medications. Will not be going back.

People that read this don't bring your pet here. They pretend to care I had an emergency they said they can be ready to take her in and when my wife got there they maid her wait a whole hour knowing my dog was in labor and needed a C section. They took advantage that she didn't know about prices and were trying to convince her that it would be 3,800. At this point all they did is check her temperature I called telling my wife no. They charge 90 dollars for her to be neglect in crucial time waiting when in the phone they claim they can take her in as soon as walks in, even though I inform them that I been price 700 up to 1,000 they seen that I wasn't there and try to intimidate my wife by saying you know how much is a C section as they roll their eyes to her. I would never recommend this place not even to my worse enemy. An emergency as mine was didn't mean you can take advantage and rob a person

Dr. Hardy is a fantastic vet, we have coming to here for 9 years, and only take our cats and dogs here because is a caring and brilliant vet. He has held our hand when our Fur Babies crossed the Rainbow Bridge and celebrated with us when we adopted new life into our household. WE LOVE YOU YOU !!!!!!!!!!

Always so patient with my dog who can be quite a handful and when I ask questions regarding treatments they are always informative and honest. I really appreciate it. They also take in a lot of cats who roam around and even at times provide extra comfort in the waiting room :) my favorite is the grey long hair he’s very cuddly. They never pressured me to make any unwanted decisions and they take the individual personality and behavior complexities of my dog into account with diagnosing and providing treatment. It’s so refreshing!
I’d recommend this place to anyone that is wanting to stay on top of their dog’s health without being sold. They do get really busy of course but when they can they accept same day or next day appointments and always take the severity of your issue into concern. They have pulled strings to help me out when my schedule was hectic and offered to board without extra charge if there’s a long wait. The end of the day taking care of your pets needs and addressing concerns in a functional manner is their only agenda. This place deserves 5 stars in my book

I love the staff…they know each of our dogs…quirky personalities…they took care of our cat (RIL)…they listen to our concerns…they don’t pressure us…to add on services…I trust Dr Hardy’s opinion…our new puppy…was aggressive with our other two…they recommended trainers…pointing out the best one…to handle ACD breed…best decision ever…the tools given…are showing progress…overall I have nothing…butt…good things to say???

Went a couple weeks ago for two of our dogs to be seen. One was referred to an eye doctor and given lots of medication. The other we brought in for concerns on a soft lump by her stomach and hard one by her chest. Dr. Hardy touched the stomach lump briefly and told us they were fatty lumps and it’d be fine. Today she had an emergency health episode so we took her to another vet where she unfortunately passed away. This vet told us the lump on her chest was in fact a tumor and it caused a lot of strain and led to a heart attack then heart failure. Dr Hardy did not thoroughly examine her like we wanted him to and it’s now too late. Will never be taking my pets here again.

The staff at Best Friends are super friendly and helpful.
Reasonable prices on services compared to the 'chain' vets that mark everything up. My pups also love the treats they give!
