Chinchilla was one of the nicest people I’ve met in the bike industry. I rolled in at 10:05 on a Sunday with iffy shifting with my DI 2 . He didn’t hesitate to put it up on the rack and fix my issue. Hanger was bent a bit and chain was @ 50% . New chain,alignment and derailleurs adjustments. Out the door in less than 20 minutes. I know this isn’t the norm as far as taking in a bike and get instant service but demeanor and just being honest goes a long way in my opinion. I will be bringing my bikes to this man. I live in Whittier and it’s worth the drive.

CyclingWorld's staffs/mechanics are very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I'm very impressed with them especially shop-owner, ChinChilla; not only because he was a pro cyclist, his work and attention to detail is superb. They serviced my Schwinn & Colnago, and I look forward to getting a new one from them this Summer. Highly recommend for anyone looking for excellent service n expertise!

I stopped in on a longer ride to get some air which they graciously provided me. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The store looks well-stocked, with topnotch gear. I will definitely drop in next time I'm in the neighborhood.

I’ve taken my bicycle to one other location in the past but it does not compare to the amazing work Chinchilla does. When I brought in my bicycle Chinchilla informed me of the different tune up packages they had and asked what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and had my bike ready to go the following day. After riding my bike for about a week now I can feel the difference, I recommend this place to anyone who needs their bike fixed. Bolt(the dog) was an added plus as well!

I go to Cycling world for all my bicycle related needs , outstanding place and the owner Chinchilla is stand out guy that goes above and beyond and is involved in the community. Inventory has Great variety in new and used and Electric bikes for all ages .

Expensive. Rei is up the street ... well I went to see if they had a tube . 10 dollars but before that there was a group of kids hanging out and it seemed they were more important then me that wanted purchase something. I didn't ask if I needed help I had to actually stop there conversation with the kids to ask about prices .. horrible service ...

The mechanic and new owner Chinchilla are super friendly, and most importantly - skillful! I sent all my bikes including BMC Teammachine, Pinarello Dogma F, and Specialized Aethos to the shop for any big or small issues and Chinchilla always takes care of my bikes in timely manner with extremely reasonable price!

Bicycle Sam changed the ownership and now the name is Cycling World. The new owner/Chef mechanic Chinchilla is friendly, responsible, skillful and very fair in price. He takes care of all my bikes including Pinarello, Specialized and BMC nicely, and I highly recommend this shop to any cycling enthusiasts!

I got a bike from my friend and brought it here and met Chinchilla he made immediate assessments and provide me the quote for the tune up and some parts for replacement. He is so knowledgeable and customer service is excellent. Got the bike after a day tested it a little bit and met Yuri so nice they told me to bring it back if there’s any problem. I would recommend this shop to all my friends and relatives coz it will be my shop. Kudos to all.
