“I can’t say enough good things about David and the Pasadena Shop. I was vacillating between several bikes: a Gazelle T10, a Specialized Vado, a Diamond Back Response, and a Bulls Iconic. I test drove the first few. But I could not find a Bulls bike to test drive anywhere but San Diego and San Francisco… until I called Open Trails. I caught David at his shop doing paperwork on a Sunday and he opened up for me to come over. David had a Bulls Copperhead bike with a soft tail, very comparable to the BULLS ICONIC EVO TR 2 SPEED that was on my short list. He gave me a lot of valuable info about Bulls bikes and I loved the feel of the one I rode. He offered me a great price for the model I wanted and the size that would be perfect for me. I agreed on the spot. He recommended better pedals than the ones that come with the bike, so I found a good pair online for $20. He ordered the bike and had it all put together in his shop in a few days. It was perfectly assembled when I arrived and looked awesome! Black and Silver, with all the bells and whistles of a German E-Bike: aluminum frame, Bosch Gen 4 motor, 625 wh battery, super comfortable saddle, dropper post, and a detailed and easy-to-read Kiox display, to name just a few. He made several micro-adjustments over the next hour as I took multiple rides up and down his street. He helped me get it up on my rack and strapped down. I've got an old rack and he told me he would have much better racks on sale for $250 in a couple weeks. I’ll be calling him soon. David is a really nice, well-informed, trustworthy guy. He's also an E-bike lover. He was every bit as excited about my new ride as I was! Thanks, David. Thanks Open Trails. FIVE STARS!”
“It was late Saturday afternoon and I had a last minute ride scheduled for Sunday. My road bike had been sitting on the trainer for the past few years and needed a checkup / tune up before I hit the road again. I called around to find a shop that could fit me in on short notice and was fortunate to find this one. Met Joe at the shop who was able to squeeze my bike in ahead in order to make sure it was done by end of day. Went to pick it up after a few hours and it was ready right as they were about to close. They are open fairly late compared to other shops. Service was attentive and top notch, he even did some additional repair and adjustments without additional charge. Price for the tune up was very reasonable and competitive. Will return again!”
“TC Bike Shop is a bicycle store that sell different kinds of bikes from Mountain bikes to kids bike to bmx to e-bikes. Moreover, they sell helmets, gloves, apparel and other bike related stuff.
I was in the market of an e-bike and found this cool shop. It's spacious and staff were accommodating. The fancy carbon fiber bikes cost more than others. I like that this store is organized and clean. Overall, I enjoyed my visit. I will definitely going for that e-bike on my next visit.”

“I've bought 2 bicycles from them across 15 years or so, the most recent being an E-bike. They have been great at every step, and when the E-bike starting giving me issues they were very helpful with the warranty repairs, even helping me ship the bike back to the manufacturer. Eventually manufacturer gave me a current model bike, and I've had 0 issues. I love having a local shop I can ride to to get service, ask questions, and buy supplies. Amazon is fine and all, but sometimes doing things in person is better.”

After the first time I never changed and have been loyal to his shop for years, and have personally gotten to know the man myself. He’s a great funny charismatic guy that has a great story to how he got his shop to be. 10/10 recommend”

He will listen to your free hub understand the bike not only that I ask him to check front brakes but he will go beyond and check the rear brakes too even tubeless was leaking and dry up for my rear wheel, he will also check the front wheel sellant as well if the tubeless is dry or not again great service great owner great team thanks again”
