I went there to buy out my lease. Everything was fine until the sales manager named Ray wanted me to buy warranty. As I was on the phone talking it over with my family, the math didn't add up for us to go with warranty. As soon as I respectfully declined the offer Ray was rude and unprofessional.
I will never come back to this dealer ever again! I will gladly take my business somewhere else! The sales manager Ray is unprofessional and makes me question if he also treats the staff the same way!

Great experience, I am a first time buyer and my salesman Mark Aziz got me a nice deal. He felt more like a friend than just some salesperson. Good deal and even better customer service.

Worst sales customer service experience. Apparently all cars are on recall so they cannot be "test drive", I fully understand that. I asked to just see the interior of the vehicles, specifically the X1. As we are heading to where I thought was the vehicles, the salesman keeps walking, leaving me behind. We get to a second floor full of vehicles and he cannot find an X1. He calls someone to find out where is the vehicle that I’m looking for. He was told that the x1's are in the roof. Immediately after he tells that vehicle park in the roof are very difficult to find and that is hot. In the meantime while he’s walking and leaving me behind, he’s asking me how much of a monthly payment I want to have. I am starting to get frustrated so I asked him to show me the interior of a mini Cooper. As I’m thinking we are walking to the Minis, he proceeds to tell me that it doesn’t matter where I go for the SUV I want, I won’t be able to get a car because they are all in recall. Very impersonal and everything negative. I felt dismissed. I told him I was going to leave and he said "OK".

Went for a brake fluid change, Waited about hour and half but my complaint would be that they scratched the hood of my car which is just pathetic and I know the scratch was not there prior to arriving because I took my car to a car wash before going there and there wasn't no scratch on my hood than second of all when I went to sign the papers with the technician he went over some damage on the vehicle like rim damage and chips on the front of my hood near the bmw badge which I acknowledge but this big scratch on the center of the hood was not there during that. Technicians Name was Tom Ryan Very Unprofessional and Disappointed what if this was your vehicle ? Won't be returning here.

Bought a 330i from here in May . Sales team is great but the financing department are scum.
They fudged the monthly payment numbers so that it appeared $50 higher on the term sheet.
The whole scheme goes as follows . They try to sell me windshield ding protection , theft protection and bunch of other useless stuff I won’t budge on . Then they provided me “a special offer “on those add on, they can give me those add ons for free without increasing the loan term , monthly payments etc” by working with the banks . Mind you this happened over 3 hours .
As a finance professional that raised red flags immediately. I did my own math on the loan payments and turns out they had fudged the numbers on the term sheet. When asked about it they said the term sheet is an estimate!!!
Additionally , they openly claim they are BMW Corporate store . To my knowledge, they are a Sonic corporate store not a BMW corporate store .
Having good credit and decent income ; somehow the lowest interest rate they could find was with BMW financing only . Other banks were absurdly high . Won’t show me any other paperwork.
Red flags everywhere. I would avoid.

This dealership is very unprofessional. After waiting 3 hours to conduct a lease buyout, and speaking with three staff members, our final documents were incorrect. To be fair, they did have to fix a recall (4 screws on a cargo tie-down), before they could complete the buyout. In the meantime, we spoke to our credit union and got a guaranteed rate without a credit check 2 and 3/4 points below the best offer from the financial department at BMW of Monrovia. When I called to let BMW Monrovia know we were backing out, they offered to match my credit union rate. My response to them was: why didn't you offer that to me originally? If they had done so, they would have had our business. Instead, they chose to be unethical and try to take advantage of our patience. Also, they locked down our account so BMW Finance could not access our lease payout documents. I called multiple times this morning only to be given the wrong number multiple times. When I was able to reach a real person, they hung up on me. They did finally unlock my account, but it was at the expense of my time, patience, and now my loyalty I would not recommend this dealership. Find one with some integrity instead.

This was a horrible experience from beginning to end. I was ready to buy and they dragged their feet for days then had to nerve to tell me to come in tomorrow. They tried to change the price on me twice and it was an overall negative experience. There are other dealerships out there that will treat you better.
