I've rented from here many times and always had a pleasant experience. This time was horrible. The woman who runs it is so rude. The car I was given was filthy. It had not been cleaned at all. I found 3 water bottles under the seats along with trash and wrappers stuffed in cracks amd crevices. There was dust and crumbs everywhere. I wasnt too angry about that until they banged me $50 for being an hour late even though I wasn't. They did refund it but not before being extremely rude. Just seems like nowadays you get charged more for worse service. Such a shame. Last time renting here.

Terrible service and company filled with nothing but NOs. They take your deposit and reservation but call you a day or two before to say they can't fulfill the reservation. Bryan was so incompetent he couldn't even call another location and find a truck. Don't waste your time with these uneducated fools

I reserved a 12 ft box truck... when I was done with the paperwork the guy helping me Daneil Acosta... walks me to a cargo van, and I say whats this this is not a box truck. He starts trying to convince me that its the same thing! Really? Budget? You failed hard! What a waste of time only to leave me hanging! When I asked him to find me the truck I ordered he handed me a number to call myself. That is the type of customer service you can expect here. Unbelievable. Like they don't care to represent the budget name. Since they are also an Avis Rental. Roll thedi e at your own peril. But they left me without a moving truck on moving day!

Please read this before you decide to make a rental reservation with this company. I made a reservation 3 weeks before my move. I get a phone call less than 24 hours before my move that they've cancelled my reservation and nothing they could do. You have been warned...do not rent from these unprofessional bozos.

This was the worst car rental experience ive ever had. I made a reservation with avis a week prior, and provided all details needed for the uber rideshare program. Today (Saturday) was my pick up at 10am. I was called at 8am to be told that uber isnt opent on the weekends, and ill have to pick it up on monday. 2 hours later (at my pickup time) they call me back to say the car is available, but my profile is not complete, and they cannot rent to me until i am a "preferred member". They give me a phone number which leads me to a busy signal. I was able to complete the "preferred member" profile online (even though the initial reservation call assured me i was set). I called back and they accept, and tell me to get there asap, since they close at 12 for uber. On my way, i am called again and told the car they were going to rent me has brakes that dont work, and they cannot rent to me until monday between 9 - 230p (when i am at work). Completely ridiculous. All they did was argue with me, and tell me i have no choice. Never again.

Reserved a moving truck days in advance. Got there when I was supposed to and They didn't have it. They Didn't do a thing to help me out, just blamed corporate and sent me on my way. Sorry but that ain't what I call customer service. Need a car or truck? Look elsewhere.

Very unprofessional to say the least. What business type of company cancels on you the day before the reservation? I wanted to try something new but what a big mistake that was. Next time I'll be going to Hertz or Enterprise.

This is My 2nd time in about 4 years renting from this place. The first time was horrible, and I figured 4 years later it might be better. I was wrong. This establishment seems to just barely exist, enough to stay in business, without trying to hard. The two people I dealt with before are still the same people. For the record, my issue could be problem with Avis as a company, but the customer service portion is definitely with this location. I chose to come back here (1) because on their site, 2 weeks prior to my booking, there was a hybrid vehicle available. I need this for the fuel efficiency as I was going on a budgeted trip. (2) I also figured maybe after a few years, service would be better. During the two weeks leading up to my booking, I called twice to make sure the hybrid would be available, it was integral to my budget. I was told twice that yes they placed the order. According to the owner, special vehicles like the hybrid need to be special ordered At least 3 days in advance. I called well over 3 days and even got a confirmation email. When I arrived, the first thing she said to me after letting her know my name is: "so I don't have the hybrid, instead I have a Jetta (Less Fuel Efficient), or a Corolla (Less in Value)". The numb response she had tells me this is a commonality possible throughout the business. At this point, why exert effort? She proceeded to tell me I had two options, Pay extra for the Jetta or she'll give me a discount on the Corolla. What she REALLY meant was...the Jetta is more expensive than the hybrid, and the Corolla is cheaper, but I'll disguise it as a "discount". Further more, the car audio was not working on the right side and the Charging port in the car was not functional. This end's my review.

I have rented several times in this location, The blond guy is always very nice but last time other guy was trying to charge me a lot for the insurance and was very rude when I refused to take the insurance. Insurance is optional. Right?
