On 9/9 at 3:18 PM, I purchased 8 items in the store. During checkout, I placed the hangers on the counter myself to help speed up the process, but the staff did not acknowledge this with a thank you, did not fold the clothes, and did not ask whether I needed a shopping bag. After payment, I was left to carry all the clothes out on my own. The overall service attitude and basic training of the staff need improvement.

The manager of this store was very rude to the security guard when we asked him to walk us out of the store late at night. Was with my mom, and she made a huge fuss about it and walked all the way to the door while we were leaving and yelling at security. Friday, 11:30pm August 29th, 2025 manager was wearing a black and white knitted sweater with blue jeans. Very unprofessional and very confrontational, was intensely yelling at security. As daughter and mom just wanted to feel safe walking out. Will be contacting corporate about this matter. Very unnecessary and uncalled for by the manager of this location.

Most unfriendly Burlington I have ever been. When I entered there’s a line and a security lady behind, you cannot enter and exit unless she opens the line, as if everybody is a thief. We were here to shop and also need to use bathroom so had asked for the code, but were told the store just opened all attendants are busy and it won't be figured out until a few minutes unless we want to do some shopping first... excuse me???? we then found a store attendant right behind and got assistance to bathroom. Even though, it took me a few calls for the attendant to respond. I came to this Burlington because the one close to my home were closed. Well.. they don't seem to have a lot customers, everyone here are so dismissive, I wonder how long this one is going to last.

I really do not like the new rope system to get in and out. It really makes me not feel welcome. I was told it's for safety but it feels excessive and unwelcoming.
I will not be coming back with that system.
Also it seems like a fire hazard...

Now when you walk in Burlington, they have like a rope thing going in and out so I’m behind customers to go in and another lady or at the other door so this one lady has security. I guess let the lady in in front of me in then put the rope back up to stop me from coming in to let the other lady out, and then comes back to me and tell me this is for my safety. Why would that be for my safety? How could that be for my safety? I’m just done with that store. This is one unprofessional store
