The place looked empty when my husband and I walked in on Friday evening, at around 7:00 p.m. The guy who was at the front didn't seem to care that we were waiting for him to take our order. He kept on doing whatever it was that he was doing. After taking our order, two other guys just walked around and didn't ask us if we were ready to pay. A third guy finally tended to us.The chicken in the bowl that my husband ordered didn't look fully cooked. The counter was not decent looking. There was food all over the place. The register area did not look clean. The table in the eating area were all dirty. ALLLL of them. Not one table was clear of food crumbs. The trash can was overflowing with tossed out food. We had to throw our food in the recycling bin.My husband has been going to this place for years and never once experienced such bad service. He had never seen the place look as dirty as it did. It made me wonder what the kitchen in the back looked like. What a disappointment to experience this. Especially because the place wasn't busy. We will never eat here again.

Like most Chick-fil-A. The parking is a little awkward. Parking spots are one way if you come in from Huntington Dr.

I love almost everything here at this place except for the fact that they got rid of the cole slaw! Why? That was one of their best side dishes by far. Why get rid of it? I don't get it. Anyway, I hope someone at headquarters reads this and brings it back! COLE SLAW! BRING IT BACK! COLE SLAW! BRING IT BACK! Then I'll give you guys a 5 rating. Until then, you only get a 4.

So, I've only had Chick-fil-A a few times and liked the food. But this week on my way into work at 6:30 am. I stopped in to the Chick-fil-A near work a tried the breakfast biscuit, and OMG it was delicious. This biscuit is dangerously so good, I'm going to need to discipline myself not to stop every morning, I truly recommend it.

The customer service has definitely improved there was a young guy working the window. He expressed my food was almost ready then apologized for the delay. This young man proceeded to ask how my evening was going as small talk while I waited. Very positive attitude and professional. I enjoy seeing young people with positive attitudes and being professional especially when things happen out of their control. Customer service I know can be challenging but when you see those giving there all with a smile brightens your day even if it's a minor delay.

We went for a drive-thru at this Chick-fil-A location, and the employee who took our order was pleasant and patient. Our order was freshly made, and the chicken was crispy. The tenders were a great portion, and so were the fries. Overall, the service was excellent.

Wow, I read all the negative reviews here and it's comforting to know I was not alone in feeling very upset at the way I was treated at this particular Monrovia Chick-fil-A. First of all, like many customers who wrote reviews, this location has messed up my orders at least three of the four times I have been there. The lady in the drive-through has always been pleasant so I didn't get upset about it previously and she would fix it. But the last time they forgot a sandwich that I ordered and the lady told me to go inside next time I was there and just tell them and they would give it to me the next time I was there. I didn't get around to going there until two months later which was today. When I get in there, the robotic operations mgr cashier and the other manager, Esther, and the person I would later learn was actually the owner, Lamar Turner, were all very militant with me, and basically told me that I could not get the sandwich because it had been over 30 days. I explained that the original woman who helped me in the drive-through never told me I had to go within 30 days but they all insisted and acted like I was lying. They said they tell all their team managers to tell people it's 30 days and I said well they didn't tell me because if they had, I would've come here within 30 days. They treated me so rudely that it became a matter of principle and not about the sandwich anymore. The owner never identified himself, but just came over and said that he would talk to me and he made me follow him outside which made me feel like I was treated like someone who had done something wrong, and then, when he asked me what the reason was about the sandwich, I was trying to recollect it, and he literally said to me "come on, ma'am!" very frustrated with me. I was really shocked and told him well I'm telling you the truth. He also, when I asked about contacting corporate to make a complaint, handed me a little postcard with an 888 number. When I insisted that, the lady who helped me may remember me and to ask her he begrudgingly said he would talk to her the following week when she was in and that I should call them. When I asked him for the phone number, he told me to look it up. Keep in mind he never identified himself as the owner, so I didn't learn he was the owner until I called corporate customer support to make my complaint about how they treated me. Why wouldn't he just tell me he's the owner and why didn't he give me the store phone number? I felt like I had to go through all these hurdles just to be believed by them in order to get a sandwich that they themselves forgot to give me that I paid for! They just were so rude in all these little ways that added up to a terrible experience. I would 100% tell everyone to not go there. They keep messing up orders and they even admitted that they don't let people get anything after 30 days because they have too many complaints to deal with. When I asked Esther, so that means that you mess up a lot of orders? She refused to answer me directly about that. The other thing I found out from customer support is that each location is independently owned and they make up their own rules and guidelines. So this 30 day strict policy is a bunch of nonsense that they decided to make up themselves--it's not even an official chick fila corporate policy. Go to any other location but this one unless you like kale drowning in inches of dressing, missing sandwiches and accusatory customer service that makes you feel like you're trying to rip them off! I probably lost the money for that stupid sandwich but they have lost me as a customer forever and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

Worst Chick-fil-A I ever been to Lamar and Esther had the worst customer service I called for a whole month trying to get compensation that for my order that I was promised and they went ahead and send me continuous liesfor about a month. It’s very sad. Also Samantha and Amanda and Michelle and Julia are very very bad and customer service. Please don’t visit this Chick-fil-A. They are so many more gems out there than this one !!! I really hope this did not happen to other customers godforsaken ??
