This is the best gym ever! I was training for 2022 Ragnar Relay So Cal (4/29-4/30) by myself in Jan. but couldn't see any result until joined CFM on 2/16/22. Just 2 months (3~4 classes a week) of training with lot of runs, pull ups, sit ups, box jumps, jump ropes, Olympic weight lifts, kettlebell swings and medicine balls, I SURVIVED THE 200-MILE 34 HRS RACE!! My endurance is increased, energy is up, I have more strength and I run faster now!! I even shredded a couple lbs of fat as a bonus (with healthy diet). What's good about this gym is no body judges you! We all came back from 2 years pandemic and I felt I was welcome even I couldn't do a full push up when I first started. (now I can do 10!!) The intense, challenging workouts of CrossFit build perseverance & determination and every day's workout is different so I never get bored. My favorite coaches - Stephanie, Ryan and Kate have lot of knowledge and they watch my forms during workout to make sure I don't injure myself or cheat lol! If you are a busy person and are looking for a friendly but challenging enough community just come and try one class. You won't regret!

I’ve been member for over four years now, and the owners work to make everyone feel like family. They focus on healthy long-term fitness over big gains. I’m excited to be as fit as I can for as long as I can (without hurting myself!).There are classes every day of the week, and they have special workouts on many holidays. Events like “Barbells & Baristas” and the “Splash & Dash” serve to keep us excited about our fitness journey and reinforce our sense of community.If you are looking for a supportive environment so you can improve your fitness, look no further.

Dropped in at Crossfit Monrovia as an out-of-town guest. I felt so welcomed here and enjoyed my experience. It’s evident why members like being here, and the class times are so flexible for any schedule. I’m looking forward to coming back in a couple months when I visit again!

This gym is spacious, clean and offers many classes even over the weekend. During pandemic all of my favorite studios were out of business and I've decided to join CFM in February. This is the best decision I've ever made this year! This is a great community with great trainers and members. Everyone is friendly and no judging! Each class trainers ensure to watch your forms and correct you to avoid unnecessary injuries. My 7pm class was small size and so far I had coach Ryan and Stephanie which are both professional and knowledgeable. They don't push you to lift heavier or PR in every workout but they care about your techniques and encourage you to gradually increase weights/reps. I do love this gym a lot and I love running around the buildings and neighborhoods. It's quiet, safe and located in the heart of monrovia so every time I have a choice I would go out and run! (Instead of rowing or biking) I would recommend everyone who wants to be back in shape or is a challenge lover to try this gym. 5 stars! **Im also very surprised how one of the reviewer JB J. got his level one certified. I do appreciate Ryan or any other coach to stop my workout and correct my form. If no one shows me the perfect form I might have a back pain next day. If you think this is criticism you might want to get certified for Zumba or yoga at 24 hr fitness next time.

I came here this past weekend for the CrossFit L1 Seminar for the purpose of getting my L1 Trainer Cert. This gym is so big and the drive over here from LA was really nice! This gym was so accommodating, they had coffee brewed to perfection for us, an endless bowl of trail mix of nuts and hard-boiled eggs. The gym was closed this past weekend for its members so we could come to take the class. Thanks for hosting CF Monrovia. They have a lot of equipment here, the gym is neat and organized, bathrooms are clean and it's nice and bright with a lot of air flow. I had a great time taking the course here.
