The pharmacy staff is consistently RUDE!! They are put out by every question and act as if you are a nuisance instead of a customer who pays their salary! I’ve had to come for years because insurance, but I’m ready to pay cash to avoid them. Horrible!

This is my local CVS and for over a month one of your locked displays where you have the Oil of Olay products has been broken. You keep advertising your products on sale and yet your staff can't open the display. Get it fixed

This has been the best CVS I have ever been to the girl I spoke to had excellent ? customer service she went out and beyond I wish I had got her name great attitude and helpful Thank you very pleasant that's hard to find excellent customer service

Pharmacy automated phone system is awful. If you want to speak with a pharmacist, there is no option for it. You have to repeat "speak with pharmacist" a dozen times before it will finally say it doesn't understand your question and transfer you through, unless it decides to hang up on you first.

Severely understaffed, both at pharmacy and non-pharmacy departments. Frequently a very long wait time at the pharmacy counter, often tops 15 minutes.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Tried to cash a MoneyGram through their system but they refused to do it. First they said they didn't have a money order to print out so I had the sender reduced the amount to a couple hundred dollars. Then they said that I had to go back to the original store where I first tried to cash the moneygram. There was no original store it's a brand new MoneyGram number yet they refused to honor their agreement with moneygram.

Just got the Tdap vaccination for my daughter right now. The pharmacy staff here is Awesome! Especially Dr. Hoang, he helped me get a very good discount on the vaccination since my insurance didn't cover it. He really went out of his way I feel and it made us super grateful Totally recommend this pharmacy.

I am just very disappointed at the service I have received for the last 2 years from not just one CVS downtown Miami but 2 The 200 Biscayne Blvd and right around the corner at 170 NE 3rd Ave. the medicine I take makes pharmacists think they control when and if I get my medicine. Mot only I was there one day in May and the pharmacist kept yelling at the lady that was helping me to “Get her out of here!” Now get her out and the lady helping me was shaking and telling me quietly how sorry she was cause I wasn’t doing anything to make him get upset like that. It’s just sad that I don’t feel comfortable picking up my medicine really never have until I had to go to these locations. Not like it is very convenient I mean these stores are downtown and I live in Kendall, no one else Carrie’s my medicine.

I like coming to this location. From in store shopping to getting vaccinated to picking up prescriptions to the atm they have in the corner! Every visit has always been good. Employees are nice and helpful. The self check out is easy. Every time I go into cvs for specific items..I come out with way more than intended. Make sure you take a look at the long receipts you receive..there could be good coupons or an amount you can use to purchase items with. Get a cvs card! You'll be glad you have one when you see your savings!

I joined the carepass program at CVS and I get so many perks. For only 5 dollars +I receive 10 dollars a month plus 35% off my total purchase plus 40% on a single item. Cash back rewards for your purchases. It’s the best program ever. ❤️

It's so unfortunate that we seem to not have any quality pharmacies in Monrovia. Just like the previous reviews have said, the pharmacists are incompetent, one in particular always seems like he's high, and just rude. I was trying figure out an issue with my medication and was talked down to and felt so belittled when I just needed help.

Dunno why this pharmacy has bad reviews. it's 100% okay. I've rarely had an issue here; the only ones them being occasionally out of stock, though mostly for adderall and there's nothing they can do about that. if you go during off hours, there's rarely a line. if there is one, it's short. the drive through is also pretty convenient. i've gone at 6:30/7 and there's little to no line. would recommend!

This place is lame when it comes to getting a prescription filled. The last two times both my prescriptions were out of stock. so after calling and complaining I got a callback 5 minutes later telling me it was in stock. My doctor sent in a prescription three days ago. CVS texted me telling me that they got my dr.'s orders and that they would text me when it was ready.I just had surgery yesrerday, AndI called there this morning because they never text me back now they're telling me it's out of stock! After sitting on it for three days! Find another place!

Terrible!I came here picking up at pharmacy. Before I came I checked the schedule it shows open 10am to 6pm on Sunday. I arrived at 1:20pm but it's closed. No one is there!!!!!! I had to come back at 2:10pm.

Came in for their photo printing service to create an album for our son’s 1-year birthday party. Photos came out blurrier than expected and we were offered a refund. Unfortunate but was initially handled well and no problems there but as we were in the middle of waiting for the refund to process, the seemingly manager came out to start and argument with us on ordering so many photos and receiving a refund.What confused us was that the initial refund was offered by CVS and it was all going through well, but the manager decided to berate us anyways and was not involved in any situation until she inserted herself. No idea why she was so invested when we’re the ones that have to now find another place to print pictures.If you have personal issues, there’s no need to take it out on the customers and start an argument when all we were doing is waiting for the refund to finish processing and leave.
