On 7/14/25, I went to FedEx Monrovia to fax an important document. Luckily I met Li, she instructed and helped me with my 8 pages document. They didn’t go through the first three times. Li was so patient and keep on trying the fourth time. It finally went through. If not for Li’s kindness, professionalism and detailed instructions, I wouldn’t be able to complete my job. Li is the best customer service I ever met.

Just came in and was seriously disappointed with how the staff treated an elderly customer. They told him to send his documents to their printing email, then just pointed him toward the printers and left him to figure it out. He was clearly confused and unsure what to do, and no one offered to help. I had to step in and assist him myself. That’s not going above and beyond( what I expect from FedEx—that’s basic customer service, especially for someone who clearly needed support. The staff showed zero initiative or care. If you need actual help or respect, don’t bother coming here. Incase upper management wants to know it was on 4/4/24 around 5:15-5:20

had a fantastic experience at this FedEx store! The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the shipping process and ensuring my package was packed securely. The store was clean, well-organized, and the service was fast. Highly recommend for all shipping and printing needs

I had a large print job and I used the online print service for my request. Justin the print technician called me and ensured the quality of my order by confirming what o wanted and even made great recommendations. The print job was done ahead of time and it came out beautiful. I also needed to use mailing service and the customer service clerk was very nice and handled my order within 5 minutes. I will only be going to this fedex from now on, they are great.

Melanie was absolutely amazing!!!! I needed canvas’ done and she was not only able to deliver but walk me through every step of the way. She was professional and even gave me a call to let me know the order was ready prior to the automated system. Anthony helped me retrieve my order and was so helpful!! This location is amazing!!!

Customer service... It's not a personal insult to an employee when I ask for clarification/correction regarding shipping addresses. I immediately received an attitude after a simple clarifying request.

Negative, lazy, arrogant attitudes. Employees on their phones, not giving attention to customers or equipment. Their printers are always broken and it takes days for them to be repaired. Just overall a bad experience almost everytime that I'm there.

I purchased several items that needed a signature ( worth over $1500) on 5 different occasions. Twice LEFT on front porch, luckily I saw on my ring. Only once delivered when home. The next 2 I requested sent to Huntington Dr, Monrovia office. 1 made it there and picked up. This last 1 was requested to be held same place. But was attempted to deliver at home. Since not home was sent to someplace in Los Angeles. NO ADDRESS PROVIDED!!. l'll never use FedEx if at all possible... never had this problem with UPS
