50%!?!??? So I ordered a uniform through a parent portal provided from your company, and what we received was a laughable costume, I thought FSP had QUALITY material and designs, and for the price it should have been! But I was horribly manufactured! Which is not a problem , mistakes happen. But what does FSP do to correct the situation?... they request for the uniforms back to "INVESTIGATE" them and end up keeping the uniform and say their only gonna give 50% of the money back!?!?!! There were multiple ways of of being professional and making FSP shine! But no you basically gonna steal money from me and my child and there's pretty much nothing I can do about it!!! Just hope others can see this message and know what fraud FSP commits

It took me a second to even write a review for FSP. A great friend of mine recommended this business. However, for us, this business failed. 1. Sub dye apparel photos attached had our school colors; however, when we received our apparel, the color was completely off. OREGON DUCKS green. It was the companies mistakes, YET we were blamed. And the issue was never fixed. 2. Our cheer bows - we were told they have over eight years of experience making bows, yet (photos attached) the folding of the bows, the edges of the bow were wrong. I asked for a $1 reimbursement so I can have someone fix and they declined. They did not accept ownership for their mistakes. 3. Our parents' apparel/fundraiser- they provided cheap heat press items. They blamed us again for the mistake. Yes, they service all-star programs, high school programs that rate them a five overall. But, I am so disappointed with the service I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Johnny is a nice guy but lacks accountability. This is not good business. He claimed he wanted to make it right but failed. I am not requesting a response and apology. Disappointed.

Found this local gem on Yelp of course! Needed some shirts/hoodies with our logo made for our business and wanted to #supportlocal. From start to finish, my experience was flawless thanks to Erica and her team!! Phenomenal customer service skills here at FSP! I brought in my shirts and hoodie that I wanted our logo printed on - but they also have all sorts of items that you can order through them for printing as well. Erica made it so easy too!! I briefly explained to her the look I was going for - sort of vintage style lettering and what I wanted it to say etc. And then all I had to do was email her a high res copy of our logo. Within no time, Erica emailed me an example of what it would look like and it was PERFECT!! Exactly what I wanted right on the first try!! I was so thrilled with what she designed! And she's extremely responsive via phone and email. They always answer calls right away and respond to emails immediately it seems like! What a way to do business! There was a slight issue with the vinyl material (not at all the fault of FSP)- but Erica contacted me right away and gave me plenty of options - if I went with a more stiff kind of vinyl I could still meet my order pickup date, OR I could opt to wait for the much softer, higher quality vinyl to come in. Erica did a great job of fully explaining to me the differences in the products - so I opted to wait for the higher quality material and I'm so glad I did! The finished product is just what I was hoping for! It came out amazing! Decent quality, nice and soft, very pliable, moves well while wearing, very clear picture, AND it held up very well after the first wash so far! Their prices are extremely reasonable as well! My whole order of 3 shirts and a hoodie with front and back quality vinyl printing was less than $100!! They also do larger orders and I believe it gives you more of a discount on each item. They also have my designs saved in their system now - so when I'm ready for more it'll be so fast and easy!! Next time we're going to do some hats and backpacks too! They have plenty of parking and their location is super easy to find, very near Old Town Monrovia. Currently they have you wait outside and call their phone number for service due to Covid and they have a small office...but like I said, they answer all their calls right away - so I never had to wait at all! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! Thanks so so much to Erica and her awesome team!! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Erica has been in charge of my gym's pro-shop and I cannot recommend FSP more. They have made out pro-shop needs completely painless. No idea is too crazy, they have access to SO many different products that I'm able to offer something that appeals to everyone. So responsive...even if I send 15 different emails in one day!

Purchased these super cute custom masks. I loved that there were a lot of options as well as having the option to create your own. These masks are comfortable, breathable washable and I can wear them for long periods of time without breaking out like other masks have done to me. They're super helpful and professional here and get orders out timely with local pick up or ship to home options. They offer tons of other print services. Local company (Monrovia) now making face masks; available in 3 sizes. Several hundred designs to choose from! At $20 each a fair price. Since it appears face masks will be the norm for some time, I'll probably be ordering more.
