I can't believe I've been here more than once. Every time has sucked. Last time I came, I brought a tiny kitten with a prolapse rectum. The doctor took a look at her and said she was too small for any meds for worms or fleas. Instead they gave her a bath with dish soap & somehow that cost me over $300. Literally, all that was provided was a physical and a quick dish soap bath. They didn't even ask me or tell me they were going to bathe her. I could have done that myself, had they told me that's what was best. Her rectum had already gone back in, so the doctor didn't even do anything about the main reason I went in. The staff was offended that I asked about the price, as if any normal person would pay $300 for dish soap bath from a vet tech, not even the actual veterinarian. I tried giving this vet a chance but he is always arrogant and dismissive. Do not recommend.

I like the doctors here but Roxanne is really abrasive. She's really judgmental and will make you feel like a bad pet owner when you're literally calling to get your pet in to see the doctor. They were closed for some random days last year so I had to take my dog down the street to the other Banfield for her physical and a dental treatment. You'd think since they're both Banfield it wouldn't be an issue? But this location denied my pets medication refill and said since my dog went to the other Banfield they're the ones who have to refill it. Mind you this is medication she will have to be on for the rest of her life. Seems petty to me.

Great personnel who took time and showed concern for our dog. What a great team

When our regular Banfield did not have a spot for an unexpected doggie issue, we were able to get an appointment at this branch. They were very accommodating and patient with our dog, and they were able to work with us and solve the issue.

We love this place!! Our previous dog had a medical condition that required monthly visits and they were always so kind. Yes, they are expensive and because we were going every month we did try a couple other places because of cost- but came back to Dr White because the other vets wanted to give more meds and they made things worse. When we first met Dr White our dog was pretty sick. He told us what he thought it was and after a blood test, confirmed the diagnosis. Our dear Lucky lived another 10 yrs because of his care. he even waited until 9:30 one night just so we could gets meds for her when she was extremely ill. Unfortunately she wasn't going to get better so we had to say goodbye to her. He showed us true compassion and concern for us. We now have a new dog without medical problems at this point and he will continue to be our vet. Many thanks to Dr White and his staff! ❤️It’s now a few years later and this place is no longer the same. Dr White retired and it has become a group interested in making money and not concerned about the pets. We left in 2020 for another vet. He’s ok but still looking for another one like Dr White. Really miss him.

I just dealt with Roxanne on the phone and she was absolutely amazing. I really couldn't have asked for more when it comes to customer service. Clear, concise and extremely informative. Someone get this woman a raise! Lol Thanks again Roxanne. You definitely sealed me in as a customer. I'll be seeing you guys this weekend.

Terrible clinic. Doesn't care about anything but selling procedures. I waited for 15 minutes listening to the woman at the front desk (prioritizing a phone call over my presence) trying to sell every procedure possible to the person on the other line. My stray dog was brought in for a free initial visit with a coupon. And all they could tell me was the dog's weight. And that was after a 4 hour drop-off visit. But they were very thorough regarding all the different procedures I could opt to do, including all sorts of unnecessary and costly dental procedures. Find a different place.

They were all wonderful and patient as I stressed out about our cat. April, at the front desk was amazing! She went above and beyond to get us in before I left for a vacation, she was extra nice to our little cat, then extra patient in answering my 10,000 questions when I picked him up.Dr. Garcia was also very patient and kind when explaining what was wrong. Most importantly, the little guy was already feeling better the next day! I love these people and this place, and I will 100% keep going back (but for the cat's sake hopefully not too soon.)

Do not bring your animal here they will overcharge you try to get you to sign up for a wellness plan not giving you any details about it or any information and then you come to find out that you’re screwed for the next year paying for a plan that your cat no longer needs after my wife and I where told it’s cancel at anytime, they’re money hungry And they don’t care about your animal. Staff is rude and unprofessional and the so called manger is no better. No accountability for her staff or their employee. Dont fall for it u will regret it. I buy 100’s of dollar worth of food and service at this petsmart and banfield I’ll never use them again and u should do the same!!! Try Petco there a cross the street

They are not accepting appointments for 2+ months. How can you run a business if you're going to tell people to wait TWO MONTHS to be seen??? And the receptionist (did not get her name) was condescending and rude about it and laughed about it.

I am giving this facility (at this particular location) a low rating because of a particular staff member. Of the 2 staff that man the front desk, the older woman is quite cold, unfriendly, and her overall demeanor borders on unprofessionalism (although she may reserve that behavior for 'particular' customers, ALL customers should be afforded a respectful interaction). She doesn't seem knowledgeable either. I've interacted with her more than once and she has been somewhat nasty each time. I'm taking my business elsewhere because of her. (But do not mistake this facility for another Banfield located on the same street at 745).

Horrible experience. April who answers the phone has the compassion of a pea. "Sorry we're busy. We can't help you". I was never treated this way previously. The entire staff quit which says it all. Took a senior in for a 6 month well check. No idea what they did but they didn't do blood work like Dr White used to. Had to bring her back. Had a traumatic experience with her brother who I was pretty sure was dying. Made no difference I was a long term client of Dr White. I literally had to beg to get him in. I didn't want to go to the emergency vet. I wanted to go to the vet office I had been going to for over 10 years. They couldn't care less. Just traumatic Banfield is buying up these small vets when they give such lousy care. Been going to another but not really sure I'm happy with them either. We need more independent vets in this area.

I'm currently doing the Banfield wellness plan as it seems like a good deal versus the private pet hospital that I was at. Overall, they're providing the services promised, but one thing that's a bummer is the fact that they're still not allowing the pet parents to join their four legged pets for the appointment. If someone has any questions, the only way to ask is when the doctor calls you right before you pick them up. My dog son has an appointment to get his teeth cleaned, so I'll report back once that has been taken care of!
