Strongly recommend this LensCrafters!
I wanted to order a pair of glasses online but wanted to make sure I was ordering my pair with the correct color, treatment, thickness and finishes. I went inperson to check out the differences and thanks to Joey for helping me figure out and explaining all the different options they have to offer. He walked me through the website and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He was friendly and really took he's time explaining all the details.
I would strongly recommend Joey to anybody that's looking for any type of glasses.

We had a wonderful experience with JOE at LensCrafters, Monrovia. HUGE thanks to the amazing service! He helped fix my son’s eyeglasses quickly and efficiently. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He made sure we felt accommodated and taken care of the entire time. It’s rare to find such genuine and helpful customer service these days—truly a positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional the man in the glasses with the salt and pepper hair with the tattoo on his left bicep was very rude. I asked to get my glasses tightened and he went to go grab a new pair and tell me I have to buy a new pair. very unprofessional will never spend my money there ever again

I’ve gotten exams and glasses here in the past and have always had a good experience. This particular review is for adjusting my sunglasses. I walked in and asked if they could adjust my sunglasses. I explained that I hadn’t gotten them there and they graciously said they could! The person helping me was very knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. He adjusted them at a couple different points pretty quickly and I was on my way. Absolutely recommend this location!!
